1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is issued by AutoTech Solutions International Ltd. to provide Severstal Automotive Components JSC with a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Automotive Engineer in Russia Saint Petersburg. The scope of work described herein covers the full spectrum of professional engineering services required for the design, development, testing, and quality assurance of next-generation automotive powertrain and chassis components at the client's manufacturing facility located in the Saint Petersburg industrial district. This document serves as a formal pricing proposal and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the definitive service agreement.
2. Scope of Work — Automotive Engineer Services
The Automotive Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables at the designated facility in Russia Saint Petersburg:
- Design and development of electric and hybrid powertrain systems compliant with GOST R 57271-2016 and applicable EAEU technical regulations.
- Conducting finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations for chassis and suspension components.
- Supervising prototype fabrication, bench testing, and road-trial validation of automotive subsystems at the Saint Petersburg test track facility.
- Preparing detailed engineering documentation, including CAD drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications in accordance with GOST 2.301-2018.

4. Payment Terms
4.1 — Payment shall be made in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the account of AutoTech Solutions International Ltd. at Sberbank, Saint Petersburg branch (BIC: SABRRU33).
4.2 — A 30% advance payment (2,890,483 RUB) is due within 10 business days of the client's written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
4.3 — The remaining 70% shall be invoiced in two equal monthly installments at the end of month three and month six of the engagement period.
4.4 — Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 0.1% per calendar day in accordance with Article 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
5. Terms and Conditions
5.1 — This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
5.2 — The Automotive Engineer personnel assigned under this estimate shall be subject to the client's site safety protocols and the labor regulations of the Russian Federation, including the Federal Law No. 115-FZ on the legal status of foreign citizens (if applicable).
5.3 — All intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement shall be jointly owned by both parties unless otherwise stipulated in the definitive contract.
5.4 — Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. In such case, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date.
5.5 — This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the Arbitration Court of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast.
5.6 — The client acknowledges that the rates quoted reflect current market conditions in the Saint Petersburg engineering services sector and are subject to adjustment should the engagement extend beyond the initial six-month period.
