This document serves as a formal commercial proposal and does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties.

The Automotive Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will provide the following specialised services to the client's engineering team based in Spain Barcelona:

• Powertrain System Design & Validation: End-to-end design support for internal combustion and hybrid powertrain architectures, including thermodynamic modelling, component sizing, and NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) analysis using industry-standard simulation tools (ANSYS, GT-SUITE, AVL CRUISE).
• Chassis & Suspension Engineering: Development and optimisation of multi-link suspension geometries, steering kinematics, and structural fatigue analysis for the client's next-generation vehicle platform.
• Electrical & Electronics Integration: Architecture design for 48V mild-hybrid and high-voltage battery-electric vehicle (BEV) systems, including CAN/LIN bus network design, ECU calibration, and functional safety compliance to ISO 26262 (ASIL-D).
• Prototyping & Test Supervision: On-site supervision of prototype build, dynamometer testing, and road trials conducted at the client's facility in the Zona Franca industrial district of Spain Barcelona.
• Regulatory Compliance & Homologation: Preparation of technical documentation for EU type-approval under Regulation (EU) 2018/858, including emissions testing (WLTP cycle) and safety homologation in coordination with the Spanish Directorate General for Traffic (DGT).
• Technical Reporting & Client Liaison: Weekly progress reports, monthly technical review meetings, and ad-hoc consultancy sessions held at the client's premises in Spain Barcelona.

• 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the master services agreement.
• Monthly progress invoices issued on the last working day of each calendar month, payable within 30 days of invoice date by bank transfer to the account of Barcelona Automotive Engineering Solutions S.L.
• Final settlement invoice upon successful completion of the EU type-approval and delivery of all technical documentation.
• Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Spanish Law on Late Payment in Commercial Transactions (Ley 3/2004), currently 8.5% per annum above the ECB reference rate.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Automotive Engineer resources are subject to reconfirmation.
• All work performed by the Automotive Engineer team shall be conducted in accordance with the professional standards of the Spanish Official College of Industrial Engineers (COIIC) and the relevant EU directives applicable in Spain Barcelona.
• The client grants the service provider a non-exclusive licence to use anonymised project data for internal quality-improvement purposes. All proprietary intellectual property remains the exclusive property of the client.
• Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of the engagement for a period of five (5) years, in compliance with the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection (LOPDGDD) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be submitted to the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain, or, at the client's election, to arbitration under the rules of the Barcelona Arbitration Centre (CAC).
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated shutdowns in Spain Barcelona, shall suspend obligations without penalty for a period not exceeding 60 days.
