Scope of Services – Automotive Engineer Consultancy
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Valencia Automotive Engineering Solutions S.L. to provide comprehensive professional services delivered by a certified Automotive Engineer operating within the Spain Valencia region. The scope encompasses the full lifecycle of automotive design, development, testing, and regulatory compliance support for the client's next-generation electric vehicle platform. All services will be executed in accordance with the technical standards established by the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, as well as the European Union Type-Approval regulations applicable in Spain Valencia and the broader European Economic Area.
The designated Automotive Engineer will hold a degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering from a recognised Spanish university, possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of hands-on experience in powertrain development, chassis dynamics, and vehicle integration, and maintain active professional registration with the Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros Industriales de Valencia. The Automotive Engineer will be based in the Spain Valencia metropolitan area to ensure proximity to the client's manufacturing facilities and to facilitate on-site collaboration with the in-house engineering teams.

Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate constitutes a formal offer by Valencia Automotive Engineering Solutions S.L. and is binding upon written acceptance by the client within the validity period stated above.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signature, 60% in equal monthly instalments aligned with project milestones, and 10% upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables. Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue in accordance with Spanish commercial law (Ley 3/2004 de lucha contra la morosidad).
- The Automotive Engineer assigned to this project shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations in force in Spain Valencia, including the applicable provisions of the Spanish Workers' Statute (Estatuto de los Trabajadores) and the regional collective agreement for the engineering sector in the Comunitat Valenciana.
- All intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. Pre-existing methodologies, tools, and know-how of the Automotive Engineer remain the property of Valencia Automotive Engineering Solutions S.L.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical data, design specifications, and commercial information exchanged during the term of this Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated shutdowns affecting operations in Spain Valencia.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through the competent courts of Valencia, Spain, or by arbitration before the Valencia Arbitration Centre (Centro de Arbitraje de Valencia), at the election of the aggrieved party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by an authorised representative.
