1. SCOPE OF WORK – AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEER SERVICES IN TURKEY ANKARAThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Ankara Automotive Engineering Solutions Ltd. to provide comprehensive professional services of a qualified Automotive Engineer for the client's operations located in Turkey Ankara. The scope of work encompasses the full spectrum of automotive engineering disciplines, including but not limited to vehicle design and development, powertrain engineering, chassis and suspension analysis, advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) integration, emissions compliance testing, and manufacturing process optimization. The Automotive Engineer assigned to this project will operate primarily from the client's facility in the Ankara metropolitan area, with the possibility of site visits to partner manufacturing plants in the surrounding regions of Turkey Ankara, including the industrial zones of Sincan, Ostim, and İvedik.
The Automotive Engineer will hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a closely related discipline, with no fewer than eight (8) years of progressive experience in the automotive sector. The candidate must be proficient in industry-standard software tools including CATIA, ANSYS, MATLAB/Simulink, and AVL Cruise, and must demonstrate a thorough understanding of ISO 26262 (functional safety), IATF 16949 quality management systems, and the regulatory frameworks governing vehicle homologation in Turkey and the European Economic Area. All deliverables produced under this Quotation Estimate will be subject to the client's intellectual property policies and confidentiality agreements.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the six-month milestone, and 30% upon final project delivery and acceptance in Turkey Ankara.
- All payments shall be made in Turkish Lira (TRY) to the bank account designated by Ankara Automotive Engineering Solutions Ltd. The EUR equivalent is provided for reference only and is based on the Central Bank of Turkey (TCMB) reference rate on the date of invoicing.
- The Automotive Engineer assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with all applicable Turkish labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations (İSG), and the client's internal site safety protocols at all times while working in Turkey Ankara.
- Any change in scope, additional engineering tasks, or extension of the project timeline beyond the originally agreed duration must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties before work commences. Additional costs will be calculated at the rates specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- Confidentiality: All technical data, design documents, proprietary information, and project deliverables exchanged during the engagement are subject to a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be executed prior to the commencement of work.
- Intellectual Property: All work product created specifically for the client under this Quotation Estimate shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, methodologies, and know-how of the Automotive Engineer or the service provider remain the property of the provider.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, pandemics, or civil unrest affecting the Turkey Ankara region.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ankara, Turkey, in accordance with Turkish law.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by authorized representatives of both parties.
