All prices are quoted in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and are inclusive of travel within the Uganda Kampala metropolitan area. Travel to sites outside Kampala city limits (e.g., Mukono, Wakiso, or Entebbe) will be billed at UGX 50,000 per trip per Automotive Engineer deployed.
Terms and Conditions of this Quotation Estimate1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in parts costs, labour rates, or exchange rates applicable in Uganda Kampala.
2. Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the first six months of Automotive Engineer service delivery, and 20% upon final project closure. All payments shall be made in Ugandan Shillings via bank transfer to our account at Stanbic Bank, Uganda Kampala branch.
3. The Automotive Engineer services described in this Quotation Estimate are subject to the availability of qualified personnel. In the event of unforeseen circumstances affecting our Automotive Engineer team in Uganda Kampala, we shall notify the client in writing within 48 hours and propose an alternative schedule.
4. All work performed by our Automotive Engineer staff shall comply with the standards set by the Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA), the Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS), and applicable international automotive engineering guidelines.
5. This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of replacement parts, consumables, or major component replacements unless explicitly stated. Any additional parts required during Automotive Engineer interventions will be quoted separately with prior client approval.
6. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Uganda Kampala in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
7. AutoTech Engineering Solutions Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity and public liability insurance covering all Automotive Engineer activities conducted in Uganda Kampala throughout the contract period.
AcceptanceBy signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein for the engagement of Automotive Engineer services in Uganda Kampala.
