This Quotation Estimate serves as a formal, binding financial document upon acceptance by the client. It outlines the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and associated costs for the Automotive Engineer engagement. All pricing is presented in both US Dollars and Uzbekistan Som at the exchange rate of 1 USD = 12,850 UZS, as published by the Central Bank of Uzbekistan on the date of issue.

The Automotive Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services to the client in Uzbekistan Tashkent:

• Vehicle Design & Development Support: The Automotive Engineer will lead the design review process for new vehicle platforms, including chassis engineering, powertrain integration, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) calibration. All design documentation will be prepared in accordance with ISO 26262 functional safety standards and local Uzbekistan Tashkent regulatory requirements.
• Production Line Optimization: The Automotive Engineer will conduct a full audit of the existing assembly lines at the client's Tashkent facility, identify bottlenecks, and implement lean manufacturing improvements to increase throughput by a minimum of 15% within the first six months.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: The Automotive Engineer will design and oversee a comprehensive quality control program, including durability testing, emissions compliance verification (Euro-5 standard as mandated in Uzbekistan), and roadworthiness certification support for vehicles produced in Tashkent.
• Supplier & Component Evaluation: The Automotive Engineer will assess the current supply chain for critical automotive components, negotiate technical specifications with local and international suppliers, and ensure all parts meet the required engineering tolerances for production in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer: The Automotive Engineer will deliver a structured training program for the client's in-house engineering team, covering modern automotive engineering methodologies, CAD/CAM software utilization, and predictive maintenance strategies. 1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
2. The Automotive Engineer shall devote a minimum of 5 days per week to the client's project while physically present in Tashkent. Remote work from other locations within Uzbekistan is permissible with prior written approval.
3. All intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall be the sole property of the client upon full payment. General methodologies, templates, and pre-existing knowledge of the Automotive Engineer remain the property of UzAuto Engineering Solutions LLP.
4. Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date as detailed in this Quotation Estimate.
5. The Automotive Engineer shall comply with all labor laws, tax obligations, and professional licensing requirements of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The client shall provide a valid work permit or visa sponsorship if the Automotive Engineer is a foreign national.
6. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical data, business plans, and proprietary information exchanged during the course of this engagement in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
7. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or pandemics affecting operations in Tashkent.
8. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, Tashkent.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the Automotive Engineer services to be delivered in Uzbekistan Tashkent. This document, once signed by both parties, constitutes a binding service agreement.
