This Quotation Estimate is issued by Kinshasa Artisanal Baker Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Baker") to provide comprehensive baking services, artisanal bread products, pastries, and custom confectionery items for the exclusive use of Hotel Congo Palace, located in the heart of DR Congo Kinshasa. The Baker commits to delivering all goods in accordance with the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality as mandated by the Congolese Ministry of Commerce and the local health authorities of Kinshasa.
The Baker understands the unique demands of the hospitality sector in DR Congo Kinshasa and has tailored this Quotation Estimate to reflect the specific volume, variety, and scheduling requirements of the client. All products will be freshly prepared daily at our central bakery facility in Gombe and delivered to the client's premises before 06:00 each morning.

3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Baker reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuations in raw material costs within DR Congo Kinshasa markets.
3.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within fifteen (15) days of invoice issuance. The Baker accepts bank transfers to the designated account at BCC (Banque Commerciale du Congo) or Ecobank, Kinshasa branch. A 2% late payment surcharge applies to overdue balances.
3.3 Delivery Schedule: All Baker products will be delivered to the client's receiving dock at Hotel Congo Palace, Gombe, Kinshasa, no later than 06:00 AM on each business day. Weekend and holiday deliveries will be arranged by mutual agreement.
3.4 Quality Guarantee: The Baker guarantees that all products meet the food safety standards set by the Agence Nationale de Sécurité Sanitaire des Produits Alimentaires (ANSSPA) of DR Congo. Any product found to be below acceptable quality upon delivery will be replaced at no additional cost within four (4) hours.
3.5 Cancellation Policy: The client may cancel this Quotation Estimate arrangement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. Cancellations within the first three months of the contract will incur a penalty of 10% of the remaining contract value.
3.6 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to civil unrest, power outages affecting the Baker facility, or government-mandated closures in DR Congo Kinshasa.
3.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the commercial laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kinshasa.
As a locally rooted Baker operating in DR Congo Kinshasa, we are committed to sourcing at least 70% of our raw ingredients from local Congolese farmers and suppliers. This Quotation Estimate reflects our dedication to supporting the local economy of Kinshasa while maintaining international standards of baking excellence. Our Baker team comprises twelve (12) skilled artisans, three (3) food safety officers, and two (2) logistics coordinators, all based in the Gombe district of Kinshasa.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, pricing, and conditions outlined in this Quotation Estimate. This document, once countersigned, shall serve as the binding agreement between the Baker and the client for the provision of baking services in DR Congo Kinshasa.
