1. Project Description and Scope of Work

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Baker Engineering & Consulting Group, a specialized firm operating in Peru Lima, in response to the formal request for proposal received from Inversiones del Pacífico S.A.C. The scope of work encompasses the complete design, engineering, procurement, and installation of a commercial-grade industrial baking and food processing facility located in the Callao industrial district within the Peru Lima metropolitan area. Baker has been engaged to deliver a turnkey solution that complies with all applicable Peruvian regulatory standards, including those established by the Ministry of Health (MINSA), the National Institute of Quality (INACAL), and the municipal building codes of Peru Lima.

3. Payment Schedule

Baker requests payment in accordance with the following milestones, all amounts expressed in Peruvian Soles (PEN):

30% advance payment (PEN 1,347,501.00) upon signing of the definitive contract and issuance of the corresponding invoice by Baker.
40% progress payment (PEN 1,796,668.00) upon completion of equipment delivery and installation at the Peru Lima project site.
20% commissioning payment (PEN 898,334.00) upon successful commissioning, testing, and handover of the facility.
10% final retention (PEN 449,167.00) payable 90 days after final acceptance, subject to the expiration of the initial warranty period without unresolved defects.

4. Project Timeline

Baker estimates a total project duration of fourteen (14) calendar months from the date of contract execution. The schedule includes a three-month design and permitting phase (Peru Lima municipal approvals), a five-month procurement and fabrication period, a four-month on-site installation and integration phase, and a two-month commissioning and training period. Baker commits to delivering the completed facility no later than August 2026, subject to timely provision of site access and regulatory clearances by the client.

5. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, Baker reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations in material costs, exchange rates, or regulatory changes within Peru Lima.
All prices are quoted in Peruvian Soles (PEN) and include IGV at the current rate of 18%. Any change in the national tax rate will be reflected proportionally.
Baker shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or labor strikes affecting the Peru Lima metropolitan area.
The client is responsible for obtaining all land-use permits, environmental impact assessments, and municipal construction licenses required by the Peru Lima authorities prior to the commencement of physical works.
Baker warrants all supplied equipment for a minimum of twenty-four (24) months from the date of commissioning. Warranty service will be provided through the Baker Service Center located in San Isidro, Peru Lima.
Any modifications to the scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties and will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by Baker.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Peru Lima in accordance with the rules of the Lima Chamber of Commerce.

6. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate from Baker and agrees to the terms, conditions, pricing, and scope of work described herein. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a definitive agreement is executed by both parties.
