This Quotation Estimate encompasses the complete baking and pastry service to be rendered by our Baker team at your designated venue in South Africa Cape Town. All baked goods will be prepared using premium, locally sourced ingredients including Western Cape dairy, organic eggs from local farms, and stone-ground flour. Our lead Baker will personally oversee the production of all items to ensure consistency, flavour, and presentation meet the exacting standards expected by our clients across Cape Town.
The on-site Baker service includes a fully equipped mobile baking station with a convection oven, work surfaces, and all necessary tools. Our bakers will perform live demonstrations, prepare fresh items to order, and manage the entire refreshment station throughout the duration of your event. Terms & Conditions of this Quotation Estimate1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change after the validity period due to fluctuations in ingredient costs in the South Africa Cape Town market.
2. A non-refundable deposit of 50% (R 22,080.00) is required to secure the booking date. The remaining balance is due seven (7) days prior to the event date.
3. All payments are to be made via EFT to our registered bank account in Cape Town, South Africa. Cheques are not accepted for this Quotation Estimate.
4. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days will forfeit the full deposit.
5. Our Baker team requires 48 hours' notice of any changes to quantities, flavours, or design specifications. Additional charges may apply for last-minute modifications to this Quotation Estimate.
6. All baked goods are produced in a facility that handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts. While our Baker team takes every precaution, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
7. Delivery is limited to the Cape Town metropolitan area. For venues outside the metro area, an additional transport fee will be quoted separately and added to this Quotation Estimate.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not include venue hire, table linen, or additional staffing beyond the two bakers specified. Any additional requirements must be discussed and agreed upon in writing.
9. All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and subject to the jurisdiction of the Cape Town Magistrate's Court.
