This Quotation Estimate is issued by Golden Crust Baker & Patisserie, a premier Baker operating in the heart of Sri Lanka Colombo, in response to your request for a comprehensive supply of artisanal baked goods, custom pastries, and event catering services. The scope of this Quotation Estimate covers a monthly supply contract for the period of twelve (12) months, commencing 1 August 2025. All products will be baked fresh daily at our production facility located in the Pettah district of Sri Lanka Colombo and delivered to your premises in Colombo 10 no later than 06:00 AM each business day.

3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on fluctuating raw material costs in the Sri Lanka Colombo market.
Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within fourteen (14) days of the monthly invoice date via bank transfer to our account at Commercial Bank of Ceylon, Colombo Branch. A 2% late payment surcharge will apply to overdue balances.
Delivery: All deliveries within the Sri Lanka Colombo municipal boundary (Colombo 01 through Colombo 15) are included in the quoted price. Deliveries outside this zone will incur an additional transport charge of LKR 5,000 per trip.
Quality Assurance: As a professional Baker committed to excellence, we guarantee that all products meet the Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLS) food safety requirements. Any product found to be below standard upon delivery will be replaced at no additional cost within 24 hours.
Custom Orders: Custom cakes and special event pastries must be ordered a minimum of five (5) business days in advance. The Baker team will provide a design mock-up for client approval before production begins.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of the monthly supply contract requires thirty (30) days written notice. Cancellation of individual custom orders within 72 hours of the delivery date will incur a 50% charge of the order value.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from natural disasters, government regulations, or events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to disruptions common to the Sri Lanka Colombo region.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Colombo.

Note: This Quotation Estimate reflects our best and final pricing for the specified period. All prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of packaging. The Baker team at Golden Crust & Patisserie reserves the right to substitute equivalent ingredients in the event of seasonal unavailability, provided prior written notice is given to the client. We are committed to sourcing the finest local ingredients from farmers and suppliers across the Sri Lanka Colombo region to ensure the freshest possible products in every delivery. 4. Acceptance and Authorisation

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate. Upon acceptance, this document shall serve as the basis for the formal supply agreement between Golden Crust Baker & Patisserie and Ceylon Hospitality Group (Pvt) Ltd.
