This Quotation Estimate is issued by Siam Golden Crust Baker Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Baker") to provide comprehensive professional baking services for the Grand Orchid Hotel & Resort located in Thailand Bangkok. The Baker shall supply all artisan breads, pastries, cakes, and baked goods on a daily basis in accordance with the specifications outlined below. All products shall be prepared using premium ingredients sourced locally within Thailand Bangkok and in compliance with the Thai Food Safety and Sanitation Act B.E. 2522.

- 1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Baker reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuations in raw material costs within Thailand Bangkok.
- 2. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within fourteen (14) days from the date of invoice issuance. The Baker accepts bank transfer to Siam Commercial Bank, Account No. 105-5-67890-1-2, or certified cheque. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month.
- 3. Delivery Schedule: All baked goods shall be delivered to the client's premises in Thailand Bangkok at 5:30 AM, 11:30 AM, and 4:30 PM daily. The Baker guarantees product freshness and proper temperature control during transit.
- 4. Cancellation Policy: The client may cancel this contract with thirty (30) days written notice. Cancellation within the first month shall be subject to a 20% penalty fee on the remaining contract value.
- 5. Quality Assurance: The Baker warrants that all products meet the Thai National Institute of Drug Control (NIDC) standards. Any batch failing quality inspection shall be replaced at no additional cost within four (4) hours.
- 6. Intellectual Property: All proprietary recipes, menu designs, and branding materials developed by the Baker for this engagement remain the intellectual property of Siam Golden Crust Baker Co., Ltd.
- 7. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to natural disasters, government regulations affecting Thailand Bangkok, pandemics, or other events beyond reasonable control.
- 8. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Thailand Bangkok under the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute.
- 9. Insurance: The Baker maintains comprehensive public liability insurance of not less than THB 10,000,000 covering all operations within Thailand Bangkok.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate. The Baker commits to delivering the highest standard of artisan baking services to the client's establishment in Thailand Bangkok for the duration of the three-month contract period.
