This Quotation Estimate is formally issued to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with the engagement of a qualified Banker professional to deliver financial advisory, transactional banking, and corporate treasury services within the jurisdiction of Algeria, Algiers. This document serves as a binding financial proposal and shall remain valid for the period specified above. All rates quoted herein are denominated in Algerian Dinars (DZD) and are subject to the regulatory framework established by the Bank of Algeria (Banque d'Algérie) and the relevant provisions of the Algerian Commercial Code.

The Banker engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services to the client, all conducted in compliance with Algerian banking regulations and the operational standards of the financial district in Algiers:

Corporate account management and multi-currency banking operations at licensed Algerian financial institutions in Algiers.
Advisory services on trade finance, letters of credit, and documentary collections in accordance with Bank of Algeria circulars.
Treasury management, liquidity planning, and short-term investment structuring for corporate entities registered in Algiers.
Assistance with regulatory filings, compliance reporting, and liaison with the Bank of Algeria and the Autorité de Contrôle des Assurances et de la Prévoyance Sociale (ACAPS).
Facilitation of interbank transactions, foreign exchange operations, and cross-border payment settlements involving Algerian counterparties.
Periodic financial health assessments and risk mitigation strategies tailored to the Algerian economic environment.

Note: All amounts in this Quotation Estimate are expressed in Algerian Dinars (DZD). The Banker services are subject to the foreign exchange regulations in force in Algeria. Any foreign currency component shall be converted at the official rate published by the Bank of Algeria on the date of invoicing. This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party bank fees, notary costs, or government stamp duties applicable in Algiers.

4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Banker service rates and availability are subject to revision based on market conditions in the Algerian financial sector.

4.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in Algerian Dinars via bank transfer to the designated account of Atlas Financial Advisory SARL, Algiers. A 40% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be invoiced monthly in arrears. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Algerian commercial law.

4.3 Banker Engagement: The Banker assigned to this engagement shall be a licensed professional registered with the relevant Algerian professional bodies. The Banker shall operate from the Algiers office and shall maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with Algerian banking secrecy laws (Loi 90-10 du 10 avril 1990).

4.4 Termination: Either party may terminate the Banker engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata charge for services rendered up to the termination date shall apply.

4.5 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and the resulting Banker service agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of Algiers.

4.6 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to regulatory changes by the Bank of Algeria, natural disasters, or civil unrest in Algiers or elsewhere in Algeria.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Banker services in Algeria, Algiers, and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This signature constitutes a formal order for the engagement of the Banker professional as described.
