As stipulated in this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Biologist services shall be structured as follows: thirty percent (30%) upon contract execution in Brasília, Brazil; forty percent (40%) upon delivery of the Environmental Impact Assessment report to the Ibram office in Brasília; and the remaining thirty percent (30%) upon completion of the final monitoring quarter.
