This Quotation Estimate is issued by Levantine BioSciences Ltd. to provide comprehensive Biologist professional services for the Municipality of Jerusalem, Israel. The engagement covers ecological surveys, biodiversity assessments, and environmental impact evaluations across designated zones within Israel Jerusalem. The assigned Biologist will hold a Ph.D. in Ecology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and possess a valid Israeli professional license issued by the Israel Association of Biologists.

Flora and Fauna Survey: A full taxonomic inventory of plant and animal species across 14 hectares of municipal green space in the Ein Karem and Talpiot districts of Israel Jerusalem, conducted by the lead Biologist and a team of three field assistants.
Water Quality Biological Monitoring: Quarterly sampling and macroinvertebrate analysis of the Hinnom Valley stream and two municipal retention ponds, performed in accordance with Israeli Ministry of Environmental Protection standards.
Endangered Species Assessment: Identification and population estimation of species listed on the Israel Red List, with particular attention to the Jerusalem sparrow (Passer simplex) and the Judean chameleon (Chamaeleo dilepis) within the project boundaries.
Soil Microbiology Analysis: Laboratory-based assessment of microbial diversity in soil samples collected from 30 designated points across the study area, conducted at our accredited facility in Jerusalem.
Ecological Impact Report: Preparation of a 120-page technical report in both Hebrew and English, detailing findings, risk assessments, and remediation recommendations for the Municipality of Jerusalem.

Payment shall be made in three (3) equal instalments: 40% upon contract signing, 40% upon submission of the draft Ecological Impact Report, and 20% upon final acceptance of the completed deliverables. All payments are due within 30 days of invoice date and shall be remitted via bank transfer to the account of Levantine BioSciences Ltd., Bank Leumi, Branch Jerusalem, Account No. 001-445-8821-3. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Israeli Late Payment Law.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, labour rates, or regulatory requirements applicable in Israel Jerusalem.
The assigned Biologist shall comply with all applicable Israeli environmental regulations, including the Nature Reserves and National Parks Law (5719-1959) and the Environmental Protection Law (5736-1976).
All fieldwork within Israel Jerusalem shall be conducted in coordination with the Jerusalem District Authority and the Israel Nature and Parks Authority (INPA) to ensure compliance with protected-area restrictions.
Levantine BioSciences Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of ILS 2,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
Confidentiality: All data collected during the Biologist's fieldwork in Israel Jerusalem shall be treated as confidential property of the Municipality of Jerusalem and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, civil unrest, or government-mandated closures within Israel Jerusalem.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Jerusalem, Israel, in accordance with the Israeli Arbitration Law (5728-1968).
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Biologist services in Israel Jerusalem and agrees to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined herein. This acceptance does not obligate either party to commence work until a separate, fully executed service contract is signed.
