The Biologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services across designated sites in Pakistan Islamabad:
- Ecological Survey and Biodiversity Assessment: Conducting comprehensive field surveys of flora and fauna populations in the Margalla Hills ecosystem, Daman-e-Koh wetlands, and the Jhelum River basin within the Islamabad district. This includes species identification, population density estimation, and habitat condition reporting.
- Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Support: Providing biological data collection, sampling, and laboratory analysis to support EIA reports for infrastructure development projects planned in the Islamabad Capital Territory. The Biologist will coordinate with the Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency (PEPA) Islamabad office for regulatory compliance.
- Water Quality Biological Monitoring: Performing bio-indicator species analysis (macroinvertebrate community assessment) at a minimum of twelve (12) sampling stations along the Jhelum and Soan rivers within the Islamabad and Rawalpindi boundaries.
- Conservation Planning and Advisory: Developing species-specific conservation action plans for endemic and threatened species identified in the Pakistan Islamabad region, including the Himalayan brown bear, leopard, and various endemic plant species of the Chakri Range.

4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Pakistan Islamabad.
4.2 Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of fieldwork and delivery of interim reports, and 20% upon final report submission and client sign-off. All payments shall be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via bank transfer to the designated account in Islamabad.
4.3 Deliverables: The Biologist shall deliver all reports, datasets, and training materials in both printed and digital (PDF, Excel, shapefile) formats. All data collected in Pakistan Islamabad shall remain the intellectual property of the client organization.
4.4 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client after the advance payment has been received shall result in forfeiture of 25% of the total Quotation Estimate value as a non-refundable mobilization fee.
4.5 Regulatory Compliance: All biological fieldwork conducted in Pakistan Islamabad shall comply with the Pakistan Environmental Protection Act, the Wildlife Protection Act, and all directives issued by the Islamabad Capital Territory government and the Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency (PEPA).
4.6 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or events beyond reasonable control affecting operations in Pakistan Islamabad.
Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard working conditions in Pakistan Islamabad. If the scope of work requires access to restricted military zones, additional high-altitude sites above 3,000 meters in the Chakri Range, or extended laboratory work beyond the initial 120 samples, a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued within five (5) working days of the client's written request.By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Biologist services in Pakistan Islamabad and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein.
