This Quotation Estimate is issued by Arctic BioSciences Consulting LLC, a registered entity operating under the laws of the Russian Federation, to provide comprehensive professional services of a Biologist for the duration of the project described herein. The engagement is specifically tailored to the ecological, environmental, and research needs of the client within the Russia, Saint Petersburg region. All fieldwork, laboratory analysis, and reporting will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation on Environmental Protection (No. 7-FZ of 4 January 1996) and the applicable regulations of the Saint Petersburg City Administration.
The Biologist assigned to this project will hold a minimum of a Candidate of Sciences (PhD equivalent) degree in Ecology, Zoology, or Botany, with no fewer than eight (8) years of documented professional experience in field biology within the temperate and subarctic zones of northwestern Russia. The Biologist will be responsible for conducting biodiversity surveys, water quality assessments, soil microbiological analysis, and the preparation of comprehensive environmental impact documentation for the client's development and research initiatives in Saint Petersburg and its surrounding territories.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Biologist team are subject to re-evaluation.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of all fieldwork, and 20% upon delivery and acceptance of the final EIA report. All payments shall be made in Russian Rubles via bank transfer to the account of Arctic BioSciences Consulting LLC, registered in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
- The Biologist and all supporting personnel shall comply with all applicable Russian federal and municipal regulations, including but not limited to occupational health and safety standards, wildlife protection laws, and data protection legislation (Federal Law No. 152-FZ).
- All data, samples, and reports generated under this engagement shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional field sites, or extended timelines must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties before execution. Additional costs will be calculated at the unit rates specified in Section 2 of this Quotation Estimate.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting fieldwork in the Saint Petersburg region, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies, shall suspend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Court of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast, Russia.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by authorized representatives of both parties.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Biologist services in Russia, Saint Petersburg, and confirms that the scope, pricing, and terms outlined herein are acceptable. The undersigned Biologist project director confirms the availability of the proposed team and the accuracy of the cost estimates provided.
