This Quotation Estimate is issued by Siam Biological Consulting Co., Ltd. to formally present the cost breakdown, scope of professional services, and applicable terms for the engagement of a qualified Biologist to conduct comprehensive ecological and biological field assessments in Thailand Bangkok. This document serves as a binding financial proposal upon client acceptance and is intended to provide full transparency regarding all charges associated with the Biologist's professional engagement. All pricing stated herein reflects current market rates for specialist biological consultancy services operating within the metropolitan and surrounding regions of Thailand Bangkok as of the date of issue.
The following scope of work has been defined in consultation with the client and reflects the full range of deliverables the Biologist will provide throughout the engagement period in Thailand Bangkok:
- Ecological Site Assessment: The Biologist will conduct a full biodiversity survey across three designated sites within the Thailand Bangkok metropolitan area, including the Chao Phraya River wetland zone, the Bang Krachao mangrove corridor, and the Lumphini Park urban green space. This includes species identification, population density estimation, and habitat condition scoring.
- Water Quality Biological Monitoring: The Biologist will perform macroinvertebrate sampling and benthic community analysis at twelve (12) monitoring stations along the Chao Phraya River within Bangkok city limits, in compliance with the Pollution Control Department (PCD) of Thailand's regulatory standards.
- Soil Microbiology Analysis: Collection and laboratory analysis of soil samples for microbial diversity indices, nutrient cycling capacity, and contamination biomarkers at five (5) locations across the Thailand Bangkok study area.
- Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Support: The Biologist will prepare a dedicated biological chapter for the EIA report of the proposed Phra Khanong commercial development project, including baseline data, impact prediction matrices, and mitigation recommendations.
- Report Writing and Presentation: A comprehensive 120-page technical report in English and Thai, accompanied by a 45-minute executive presentation to the client's board of directors in Bangkok.
- Regulatory Compliance Review: Verification of all biological data against the National Environmental Board (NEB) guidelines and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MNRE) regulations applicable to Thailand Bangkok.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) installments: (a) 40% advance payment upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; (b) 40% upon delivery of the draft technical report for client review; and (c) 20% upon final acceptance of the completed deliverables and submission of the EIA biological chapter to the relevant Thailand Bangkok regulatory authority. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Siam Biological Consulting Co., Ltd. in Bangkok, Thailand. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as stipulated under the Thai Civil and Commercial Code.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Thailand Bangkok.
5.2 The Biologist and all supporting personnel shall comply with all applicable Thai laws, including the National Park Act B.E. 2562, the Fisheries Act B.E. 2558, and the Environmental Impact Assessment Act B.E. 2532 (as amended).
5.3 The client shall provide reasonable access to all designated field sites within Thailand Bangkok and shall coordinate with local authorities, landowners, and regulatory bodies as necessary to facilitate the Biologist's work.
5.4 All intellectual property, data, and reports produced under this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment. The Biologist retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
5.5 Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Thailand Bangkok, shall suspend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
5.6 Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation under the rules of the Bangkok International Arbitration Centre (BIAC) before resorting to litigation in the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, confirms that the scope of Biologist services described herein meets the project requirements, and authorizes Siam Biological Consulting Co., Ltd. to proceed with the engagement in Thailand Bangkok under the terms and conditions stated above.
