This Quotation Estimate is issued by Alexandria Medical Equipment & Engineering Solutions (AMEES) in response to the formal request for proposal submitted by Alexandria University Hospital. The scope of work pertains to the engagement of a qualified Biomedical Engineer to provide comprehensive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and technical support services for all medical and diagnostic equipment installed across the hospital facilities located in Egypt Alexandria. The Biomedical Engineer shall be responsible for ensuring that all clinical devices operate in full compliance with Egyptian Ministry of Health regulations, IEC 62353 standards, and the hospital's internal quality assurance protocols.
The services covered under this Quotation Estimate include, but are not limited to: preventive maintenance of imaging systems (CT, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound), life-support equipment (ventilators, defibrillators, patient monitors), laboratory analyzers, sterilization units, and electrical safety testing of all powered medical devices. The Biomedical Engineer will also conduct quarterly risk assessments, maintain a complete asset registry, and prepare detailed service reports for hospital administration.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-evaluation of pricing due to potential fluctuations in the Egyptian Pound exchange rate and component costs.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the first six (6) months of service, and 30% upon successful completion of the full twelve-month contract term. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to AMEES's designated account at National Bank of Egypt, Alexandria Branch.
- The Biomedical Engineer personnel assigned to this project must hold valid certifications from the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate and recognized international bodies (e.g., AAMI, IFBB). CVs and credential copies will be provided prior to contract commencement.
- All work performed under this Quotation Estimate shall be carried out in strict adherence to the occupational health and safety regulations of Egypt Alexandria and the broader Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population directives.
- AMEES shall provide a comprehensive service report at the end of each calendar month, detailing all interventions, calibrations, equipment downtime, and recommendations for capital replacement where applicable.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate (e.g., major equipment overhaul, import of specialized spare parts) shall be subject to a separate supplementary estimate approved in writing by both parties.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by authorized representatives of both parties.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Egypt Alexandria in accordance with the Egyptian Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994.
