This Quotation Estimate is prepared for the engagement of a qualified Biomedical Engineer to provide comprehensive technical services at the client's facility located in Iran Tehran. The scope encompasses the design, installation, calibration, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of medical equipment and biomedical systems in accordance with the standards set by the Iranian Food and Drug Administration (IFDA) and the Ministry of Health and Medical Education of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The Biomedical Engineer shall be responsible for the following deliverables within the Iran Tehran metropolitan area:
- Full assessment and audit of existing medical devices (MRI, CT, ultrasound, patient monitors, ventilators, and surgical equipment) across all hospital wards.
- Design and implementation of a preventive maintenance program compliant with IEC 62353 and Iranian national standards (ISIRI).
- Calibration and performance verification of diagnostic imaging systems and laboratory analyzers.
- Development of a biomedical engineering management information system (BEMS) for asset tracking and service scheduling.
- Training of hospital technical staff (minimum 40 hours) on safe operation and first-level troubleshooting of biomedical equipment.
- Preparation of regulatory documentation for IFDA registration and annual inspection compliance in Iran Tehran.
- Consultation on procurement specifications for new biomedical equipment acquisitions.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect current market conditions in Iran Tehran.
- Payment shall be made in three (3) equal installments: 40% upon contract signing, 30% upon completion of the mid-term audit, and 30% upon final project delivery and acceptance.
- The Biomedical Engineer shall adhere to all professional codes of conduct established by the Iranian Society of Biomedical Engineering (ISBME) and the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Health.
- All work performed under this Quotation Estimate shall be conducted within the geographical boundaries of Tehran Province, Islamic Republic of Iran, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Confidentiality: All patient data, hospital operational information, and proprietary technical documents shall remain strictly confidential in accordance with Iranian data protection regulations.
- Warranty: The Biomedical Engineer guarantees a twelve (12) month warranty on all calibration and maintenance work performed, covering re-calibration at no additional cost if performance falls below specified tolerances.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government sanctions, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting Iran Tehran.
- Dispute resolution shall be governed by the civil and commercial laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, with jurisdiction vested in the competent courts of Tehran.
