This Quotation Estimate is issued by MedTech Solutions International to provide comprehensive Biomedical Engineer professional services for the Al-Rafidain Medical Group facility located in Iraq Baghdad. The scope of work encompasses the full lifecycle management of medical equipment, including installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance oversight for all biomedical devices deployed across the hospital's surgical, diagnostic, and intensive care units. The Biomedical Engineer assigned to this project will operate exclusively within the Iraq Baghdad premises and will report directly to the Chief Medical Officer of the facility.
The Biomedical Engineer will be responsible for maintaining over 340 pieces of medical equipment, including but not limited to MRI scanners, CT imaging systems, patient monitors, ventilators, defibrillators, dialysis machines, surgical lighting systems, and laboratory analyzers. All work will be conducted in accordance with Iraqi Ministry of Health regulations, international ISO 13485 standards, and the specific operational protocols established by the Iraq Baghdad healthcare authority.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of pricing by MedTech Solutions International.
- All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via international wire transfer to the designated account of MedTech Solutions International. Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% at the six-month milestone, and 30% upon successful completion of the 12-month contract period.
- The Biomedical Engineer personnel assigned to this project in Iraq Baghdad shall comply with all Iraqi federal and local laws, including but not limited to labor regulations, foreign worker permits, and healthcare facility access protocols.
- MedTech Solutions International shall provide a minimum of thirty (30) days written notice prior to the replacement of any Biomedical Engineer assigned to the Iraq Baghdad site. Any replacement personnel must meet or exceed the qualifications of the outgoing engineer.
- All work performed under this Quotation Estimate shall be documented in written service reports submitted to the client within 48 hours of completion. Reports shall be available in both English and Arabic.
- Intellectual property related to equipment configurations, calibration data, and maintenance records generated during the engagement in Iraq Baghdad shall remain the property of the client (Al-Rafidain Medical Group).
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to political instability, natural disasters, or government-mandated closures in Iraq Baghdad, shall suspend contractual obligations without penalty to either party for a period not exceeding 90 days.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by authorized representatives of both parties.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), with the seat of arbitration in Geneva, Switzerland.
- All Biomedical Engineer services rendered under this Quotation Estimate are subject to the quality assurance standards of ISO 13485:2016 and applicable Iraqi Ministry of Health directives for medical device maintenance in the Iraq Baghdad region.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Biomedical Engineer services in Iraq Baghdad and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This acceptance shall serve as the basis for the execution of a formal Service Agreement within fifteen (15) business days.
