This Quotation Estimate is issued by MediTech Solutions K.K. in response to the formal request for professional services rendered by a qualified Biomedical Engineer to support the clinical engineering operations of Tokyo Metropolitan General Medical Center located in Japan Tokyo. The scope, pricing, and terms outlined herein are prepared in full compliance with the Medical Appliance Act (Medical Devices Act) of Japan and the regulatory standards enforced by the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (PMDA) in the Tokyo metropolitan region.

The Biomedical Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide comprehensive technical support to the medical facility in Japan Tokyo. The assigned Biomedical Engineer holds a valid Japanese National Biomedical Engineer (NBE) certification and possesses a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the maintenance, calibration, and lifecycle management of diagnostic and therapeutic medical equipment. The services include, but are not limited to:

Preventive maintenance and scheduled calibration of all Class II and Class III medical devices installed across the 420-bed facility in Tokyo.
Emergency repair and troubleshooting of critical life-support systems, imaging equipment (MRI, CT, X-ray), and laboratory analyzers.
Compliance auditing and documentation in accordance with PMDA regulations and the Japan Society of Biomedical Engineering (JSBME) standards.
Technical consultation for the procurement, installation, and commissioning of new biomedical equipment.
Training of hospital biomedical technicians on safe operating procedures and regulatory reporting requirements specific to Japan Tokyo healthcare institutions.
Monthly reporting to the Clinical Engineering Director on equipment uptime, failure rates, and capital planning recommendations.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) via bank transfer to the account of MediTech Solutions K.K. The payment schedule is structured as follows:

30% advance payment (JPY 3,610,200) due within 14 business days of contract execution.
Monthly invoices for the Biomedical Engineer on-site assignment, due within 30 days of invoice date.
Quarterly invoices for compliance audits and training sessions, due within 30 days of service completion.
Final settlement of any remaining balance within 15 days of the 12-month contract period conclusion.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Japan Tokyo.
The Biomedical Engineer assigned shall comply with all data protection requirements under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) of Japan, particularly regarding patient data encountered during equipment servicing.
MediTech Solutions K.K. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of JPY 100,000,000, valid throughout the contract term in Japan Tokyo.
Either party may terminate the engagement with sixty (60) days written notice. In such case, the Biomedical Engineer shall complete all in-progress calibration and maintenance tasks before departure.
All deliverables, reports, and documentation produced by the Biomedical Engineer shall be the intellectual property of the client, Tokyo Metropolitan General Medical Center.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA) rules, with the seat of arbitration in Tokyo, Japan.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, scope, and pricing set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the Biomedical Engineer services to be performed in Japan Tokyo.
