This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the formal request submitted by Almeda Medical Center, JSC, for the engagement of a qualified Biomedical Engineer to provide comprehensive medical device management, preventive maintenance, and technical consulting services. All professional activities described herein shall be executed in accordance with the regulatory standards established by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the applicable GOST technical specifications governing biomedical equipment in the region of Russia Saint Petersburg.
The Biomedical Engineer assigned to this project will hold a minimum of eight (8) years of documented professional experience in the design, installation, calibration, and lifecycle management of diagnostic and therapeutic medical devices. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with Federal Law No. 323-FZ "On the Fundamentals of Health Protection of Citizens in the Russian Federation" and all subordinate regulations applicable to the Russia Saint Petersburg jurisdiction.

- 3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of all pricing and scope terms.
- 3.2 All Biomedical Engineer services shall be performed exclusively at the designated client facility located in Russia Saint Petersburg unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
- 3.3 Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of on-site installation and calibration works, and 20% upon final acceptance and delivery of all technical documentation.
- 3.4 The Biomedical Engineer shall provide a written warranty of twelve (12) months on all calibration and maintenance work performed, covering defects in workmanship but excluding damage caused by operator error or force majeure.
- 3.5 The client shall provide the Biomedical Engineer with safe access to all equipment rooms, adequate workspace, and necessary utilities (power, compressed air, network connectivity) at the Russia Saint Petersburg site.
- 3.6 Any change in scope, additional equipment, or extended service hours beyond the quantities stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written amendment signed by both parties.
- 3.7 All personal data processed during the engagement shall comply with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of the Russian Federation.
- 3.8 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in the Arbitration Court of Russia Saint Petersburg in accordance with the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the agreed-upon scope of Biomedical Engineer services to be delivered in Russia Saint Petersburg, and that all financial figures, timelines, and regulatory obligations have been reviewed and accepted.
