An initial deposit of 25% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (ILS 100,447.50) is due upon signed acceptance of this document and prior to commencement of services.
The monthly Business Consultant retainer fee (Item 2) shall be invoiced on the 1st of each calendar month and is payable within 14 business days of invoice date.
One-time project deliverables (Items 1, 3, 4, and 7) shall be invoiced in two equal installments: 50% upon project kickoff and 50% upon final deliverable acceptance.
Hourly and per-session charges (Items 5 and 6) shall be invoiced monthly in arrears with a detailed time sheet attached.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the firm's designated account in Israel. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per Israeli commercial law.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, rates and availability of the Business Consultant are subject to revision.

This Quotation Estimate constitutes a non-binding proposal until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Upon acceptance, it becomes a binding service agreement governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
The Business Consultant shall maintain full confidentiality of all client information, trade secrets, and proprietary data in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and applicable EU GDPR provisions where relevant.
All intellectual property created specifically for the client under this engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing methodologies, frameworks, and tools of the Business Consultant remain the property of Levant Strategic Advisory Group.
The Business Consultant reserves the right to subcontract specialized sub-tasks (e.g., legal opinions, financial audits) to qualified third parties in Israel Jerusalem, provided the client is notified in advance.
Either party may terminate this engagement with 30 days' written notice. In such case, all services rendered up to the termination date shall be invoiced in full.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to national security situations affecting Israel Jerusalem, may result in temporary suspension of on-site services without penalty to either party.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Jerusalem, and failing mediation, through the competent courts of Israel.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Business Consultant services to be delivered in Israel Jerusalem. This document, once signed, serves as the formal engagement letter between the parties.
