This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by Madrid Carpentry & Woodworks S.L., a licensed and insured Carpenter firm operating within the community of Madrid, Spain. The Carpenter team assigned to this project will carry out all woodwork, joinery, and carpentry tasks at the client's residential property located in Spain Madrid. All work will be performed in strict compliance with the Spanish Building Code (Código Técnico de la Edificación – CTE) and the applicable municipal regulations of the Ayuntamiento de Madrid. Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three instalments: (1) 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to the Carpenter team commencing work; (2) 40% upon completion of all structural Carpenter joinery and installation work; (3) 20% final payment upon sign-off of the completed project and handover of the finished property. All payments shall be made by bank transfer to the account of Madrid Carpentry & Woodworks S.L. (IBAN: ES21 0049 0001 5320 1234 5678). Late payments shall incur interest at the rate established by the Spanish Law on Late Payment in Commercial Transactions (Ley 3/2004).

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised due to fluctuations in material costs within the Spain Madrid market.
All Carpenter work will be carried out by qualified and insured Carpenter professionals registered with the relevant trade union in the Community of Madrid. The Carpenter team will present valid identification and insurance certificates upon arrival at the site.
The project timeline is estimated at eighteen (18) working days, subject to weather conditions, material availability, and any unforeseen structural issues discovered during the Carpenter work in Spain Madrid.
All materials specified in this Quotation Estimate are of premium grade. Substitutions, if required, will be communicated to the client in writing and must be approved before proceeding.
A two-year warranty is provided on all Carpenter workmanship and joinery. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or authorisations from the Ayuntamiento de Madrid prior to the commencement of work. Madrid Carpentry & Woodworks S.L. will provide technical documentation to support any permit applications.
Work hours on-site in Spain Madrid will be between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday. No work will be performed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Spanish public holidays without prior written agreement.
This Quotation Estimate does not include electrical or plumbing work. If such services are required, they will be quoted separately by the respective licensed tradesmen.
Any variations or additional work requested by the client beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and must be approved in writing before execution.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain, in accordance with Spanish civil law.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Carpenter services to be performed in Spain Madrid. This document constitutes a binding agreement once countersigned and the advance payment has been received.
