This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al Noor Carpentry & Woodworks LLC, a licensed and registered Carpenter and woodwork contractor operating in the United Arab Emirates Dubai region, in response to the client's request for comprehensive carpentry services for a residential villa located on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The scope of work encompasses custom furniture fabrication, interior wood paneling, built-in wardrobes, kitchen cabinetry, and decorative woodwork elements. The estimated duration for completion of all Carpenter work outlined in this Quotation Estimate is six (6) weeks from the date of client approval and receipt of the initial mobilization payment. The Carpenter crew will commence on-site work on the agreed start date and will follow a phased approach: Week 1–2 for kitchen cabinetry and wardrobe fabrication; Week 3–4 for wall paneling, dining set, and bathroom vanities; Week 5 for staircase handrail and home office units; and Week 6 for final finishing, quality inspection, and handover. The project schedule is subject to the availability of materials and any unforeseen site conditions in the United Arab Emirates Dubai location.
Payment for the Carpenter services detailed in this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows: 40% advance payment upon signing and approval of this Quotation Estimate; 35% progress payment upon completion of Week 3 milestones; and 25% final balance payment upon successful handover and client sign-off. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the company account in the United Arab Emirates Dubai. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as per UAE commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be revised due to fluctuations in material costs in the United Arab Emirates Dubai market.
- All Carpenter work shall be performed by qualified and insured Carpenter professionals. The company carries full public liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as required by UAE law.
- The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals from the Dubai Municipality and relevant authorities prior to the commencement of any structural Carpenter work.
- A twelve-month warranty is provided on all workmanship. Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers' terms. The warranty covers defects in the Carpenter workmanship only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, water damage, or unauthorized modifications.
- Any variation or change order to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties before execution. The Carpenter team will issue a supplementary Quotation Estimate for any additional work.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be resolved through the Dubai Courts or by arbitration in accordance with the DIFC Arbitration Centre rules.
- The Carpenter contractor reserves the right to substitute materials of equivalent or superior quality if the specified items are unavailable, provided prior written consent is obtained from the client.
- All work shall comply with the fire safety regulations of the Dubai Civil Defence, and all wood products used shall be treated with approved fire-retardant coatings where required.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Carpenter services in the United Arab Emirates Dubai. The signed document shall serve as a binding agreement between the parties for the scope of work, pricing, and terms as described herein.
