1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Beijing Culinary Talent Solutions Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "BCTSL") to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the recruitment, placement, and ongoing management of a qualified professional Chef for operation within China Beijing. This document serves as a formal Quotation Estimate and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the definitive Service Agreement. All pricing in this Quotation Estimate is quoted in Chinese Yuan (CNY / RMB) unless otherwise stated, and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Scope of Chef Services in China Beijing

BCTSL shall source, vet, and place a senior-level Chef who meets the following minimum qualifications for deployment in China Beijing:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional kitchen experience, with at least 5 years in a Head Chef or Executive Chef capacity.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in at least two of the following cuisines: Peking Duck & Northern Chinese (Beijing) cuisine, Cantonese, Sichuan, French, or International Fusion.
  • Valid foreign work permit eligibility or Chinese national status; all work visa (Z-visa) and residence permit processing for China Beijing shall be coordinated by BCTSL.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (HSK Level 5 or above) and working proficiency in English for kitchen management and client communication.
  • Food safety certification recognized by the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Administration (BMSA).
  • Availability to commence duties within China Beijing no later than 45 days from the date of contract acceptance.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 40% (CNY 357,432.00) due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 35% (CNY 312,753.00) due upon the Chef's arrival in China Beijing and commencement of duties; and the remaining 25% (CNY 223,395.00) due within 15 business days following the completion of the first full month of service. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the BCTSL corporate account in Beijing. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.05% per calendar day as permitted under Chinese commercial law.

5. Terms and Conditions

  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, BCTSL reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations in China Beijing.
  2. All Chef services described herein are subject to compliance with the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Administration of Employment of Foreigners, and all applicable Beijing municipal ordinances.
  3. BCTSL shall not be liable for delays caused by government processing times for work permits, visa approvals, or health clearances within China Beijing.
  4. The Chef's employment contract shall be governed by Chinese law, and any disputes arising shall be resolved through arbitration at the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC).
  5. This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of kitchen equipment, raw ingredients, or consumables, which remain the sole responsibility of the Client.
  6. Confidentiality: All information contained in this Quotation Estimate is proprietary to BCTSL and the Client and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
  7. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government policy changes in China Beijing, or public health emergencies.
  8. Any amendments to this Quotation Estimate must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
Important Note for China Beijing Operations: Please be advised that all foreign Chef candidates placed in China Beijing must obtain a Foreign Expert Certificate and a valid work permit prior to commencing any culinary duties. BCTSL will manage the entire regulatory process with the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The Client is requested to provide a valid business license (Ying Ye Zhi Zhao) and food service permit (Shi Pin Jing Ying Xu Ke Zheng) for the establishment in Beijing to facilitate the application process.

6. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Chef services in China Beijing and agrees to the pricing, scope, and terms set forth herein. This signature constitutes a formal request for BCTSL to proceed with the Chef recruitment and placement process.
