The Chef services outlined in this document are tailored to the unique gastronomic traditions of Alexandria, incorporating the rich Mediterranean and Egyptian culinary heritage that defines the coastal capital. The Chef will be responsible for menu planning, ingredient sourcing from local Alexandria markets (including the famous El-Montaza and El-Attarine markets), food preparation, presentation, and full kitchen management for the duration of the contracted engagement.

The Chef assigned to this project will hold a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in both Egyptian and international cuisine, with specific expertise in Alexandrian seafood preparations, traditional Egyptian mezze, and contemporary fusion dining. All services will be rendered in compliance with the Egyptian Food Safety Authority regulations and the local Alexandria Municipality health and sanitation codes.

Note: The above Quotation Estimate is based on current market prices in Egypt Alexandria as of June 2025. Seafood and produce prices may vary depending on the season and availability at the Alexandria coastal markets. A final confirmation of ingredient costs will be provided 48 hours prior to the event date.

3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Chef must be reconfirmed in writing.

3.2 A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total amount (EGP 11,286) is required to secure the Chef's schedule and reserve the service date. The remaining 60% is due within 48 hours following the completion of the event.

3.3 The Chef and all supporting staff will arrive at the designated location in Alexandria no later than 90 minutes before the scheduled service start time. The client is responsible for providing adequate workspace, electricity access, and water supply at the venue.

3.4 Cancellation by the client more than seven (7) days before the event will result in a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations within seven days will forfeit the full deposit. Cancellations due to force majeure (including but not limited to severe weather affecting Alexandria's coastal areas) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

3.5 All food preparation will adhere to the Egyptian Food Safety Authority (EFSA) guidelines. The Chef will carry valid health certificates and food handler permits as required by Alexandria local authorities.

3.6 This Quotation Estimate does not include alcoholic beverages, premium imported ingredients not listed in Section 2, or additional guest counts beyond the 50-person baseline. Any modifications will be subject to a revised quotation.

3.7 All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and adjudicated in the competent courts of Alexandria.
