The services outlined in this Quotation Estimate are specifically designed to meet the culinary requirements of private residences, corporate offices, and social gatherings within the boundaries of New Delhi, India. All ingredients and consumables will be sourced from verified local suppliers in the New Delhi market to guarantee freshness and compliance with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) regulations.

3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in ingredient costs, labor rates, or regulatory requirements applicable in India New Delhi.
3.2 Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% to be settled within seven (7) working days of service completion. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Delhi Culinary Excellence Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, India.
3.3 The Chef assigned to the client's engagement will be a certified professional holding valid FSSAI food handler certification and a minimum of ten years of experience in Indian and international cuisines. The client reserves the right to request a Chef substitution with prior written notice of forty-eight (48) hours.
3.4 All services will be performed within the geographical boundaries of New Delhi, India, including but not limited to South Delhi, Central Delhi, North Delhi, East Delhi, and West Delhi. Any service location outside the New Delhi municipal limits will attract an additional travel surcharge of INR 500 per kilometer.
3.5 The Chef and support staff shall adhere to all applicable labor laws of India, including the Minimum Wages Act, the Factories Act (where applicable), and the Shops and Establishments Act of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
3.6 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation with more than fourteen (14) days' notice shall incur a 10% penalty. Cancellation with less than fourteen days' notice shall incur a 25% penalty. No refund shall be provided for cancellations made less than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled service date.
3.7 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Upon acceptance, a detailed Service Level Agreement (SLA) will be executed specifying the Chef's working hours, menu preferences, dietary restrictions, and performance benchmarks.
3.8 All food prepared by the Chef shall comply with the FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) guidelines. The client acknowledges that the Chef will not prepare any food items that violate Indian food safety regulations or the client's stated dietary requirements.
3.9 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India shall be exclusively applicable.
4. Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Chef services in India New Delhi and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This document serves as the formal basis for the engagement of the Chef and associated culinary services.
