This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by PT Nusantara Culinary Excellence to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the engagement of a professional Chef to deliver premium culinary services within the Indonesia Jakarta metropolitan area. The Chef services outlined herein are designed to meet the exacting standards of hospitality, corporate dining, and private gastronomic events as demanded by the Indonesian market in Jakarta.

The Chef engagement encompasses menu development, kitchen management, staff supervision, and direct culinary execution. All services will be performed in compliance with the Indonesian Food Safety Agency (BPOM) regulations, local Jakarta health and sanitation codes, and the applicable labor laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The Chef will be stationed at the client's designated premises in Indonesia Jakarta for the duration of the contracted period.

The Chef proposed under this Quotation Estimate holds a minimum of ten (10) years of professional culinary experience, including at least five (5) years in high-end hospitality establishments within Indonesia Jakarta. The Chef is proficient in Indonesian regional cuisines (Javanese, Sundanese, Balinese, and Minang), as well as international culinary traditions including French, Italian, Japanese, and contemporary fusion gastronomy. The Chef possesses a valid Indonesian work permit (KITAS) and a current food handler certification (Sertifikat Laik Higiene) issued by the Jakarta Provincial Health Office.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any services rendered beyond the validity period are subject to re-evaluation of pricing.
Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the sixth (6th) month, and 20% upon successful completion of the full twelve (12) month engagement.
All payments shall be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via bank transfer to the account designated by PT Nusantara Culinary Excellence, Jakarta, Indonesia.
The Chef engagement is subject to a minimum contract period of six (6) months. Early termination by either party requires a sixty (60) day written notice and a penalty equivalent to one month's Chef fee.
All ingredients, raw materials, and consumables required for daily kitchen operations in Indonesia Jakarta shall be procured and paid for separately by the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Chef shall comply with all applicable Indonesian labor laws, tax obligations (PPh 21), and local Jakarta municipal regulations governing food service establishments.
Any changes to the scope of Chef services, additional event requirements, or modifications to the menu development cycle must be documented as a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate and signed by both parties.
Confidentiality: All proprietary recipes, menu designs, and operational strategies developed by the Chef during the engagement in Indonesia Jakarta shall remain the intellectual property of the client.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disputes, arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI) in Jakarta.

Note: This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of imported specialty ingredients, premium wine and beverage procurement, or any capital expenditure for kitchen renovation. These items, if required, will be quoted separately upon written request. All prices are subject to adjustment in the event of significant changes in the Jakarta consumer price index (CPI) exceeding 5% during the contract period.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and cost estimates set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the Chef services to be delivered in Indonesia Jakarta. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon full execution by both authorized representatives.
