2. Scope of Chef Services

This Quotation Estimate outlines the comprehensive professional Chef services to be provided by Persian Culinary Services Group at the client's premises located in Iran Tehran. The Chef engagement includes the following deliverables and responsibilities:

Menu development and seasonal menu rotation incorporating traditional Persian cuisine, international dishes, and modern culinary techniques tailored to the Iran Tehran dining market.
Full kitchen management including staff supervision, inventory control, food safety compliance, and quality assurance protocols.
Preparation and execution of all menu items for lunch and dinner services, as well as private events and banquets hosted at the Iran Tehran venue.
Cost control and food cost management to maintain a target food cost ratio of no more than 32% of revenue.
Weekly procurement planning and vendor coordination with local suppliers in Tehran's food markets.
Compliance with all Iranian food safety regulations and health department requirements applicable in Iran Tehran.
Monthly performance reports and financial summaries submitted to the client's management team.

25% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement.
Remaining balance payable in 12 equal monthly installments, due on the 5th of each month.
Payments to be made via bank transfer to the account of Persian Culinary Services Group, Bank Melli, Tehran Branch.
Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per standard commercial practice in Iran Tehran.

5. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in the Iran Tehran labor market.
The Chef assigned to this engagement shall possess a minimum of 10 years of professional culinary experience and a recognized culinary diploma.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. In such cases, a termination fee equivalent to one month's Chef salary shall apply.
The Chef shall adhere to all professional conduct standards and cultural norms appropriate for the Iran Tehran business environment.
Confidentiality: All menu formulas, supplier lists, and financial data shared during the engagement remain the property of the client and shall not be disclosed to third parties.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and affixed their official seals.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Tehran, Iran, in accordance with Iranian commercial law.

6. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Chef services in Iran Tehran. This document serves as the formal basis for the subsequent service contract.
