This Quotation Estimate is issued by Cucina d'Elite S.r.l. to provide Signor Marco Bellini with a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with the engagement of a professional Chef for private culinary services to be performed at the client's residence and associated venues within Italy Rome. This document serves as a formal proposal and does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. All pricing is quoted in Euros (EUR) and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

The Chef engagement covers the following professional culinary services to be delivered throughout the city of Rome and its immediate metropolitan area in Italy:

Private Residential Chef Services: Daily menu planning, grocery procurement from local Roman markets (including Mercato di Testaccio and Campo de' Fiori), and preparation of multi-course Italian and international cuisine at the client's villa in Via Appia Antica.
Event Catering & Private Dining: Full-service catering for up to 40 guests at private events, including formal dinners, cocktail receptions, and themed culinary experiences celebrating Roman and broader Italian gastronomic traditions.
Culinary Consultation & Menu Development: Weekly consultation sessions with the Chef to design seasonal menus incorporating fresh ingredients sourced from Lazio region producers, ensuring authenticity and quality befitting the culinary heritage of Italy Rome.
Staff Supervision: The lead Chef shall oversee and coordinate a team of two sous chefs and one kitchen assistant for all service days within the Rome metropolitan area.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, all rates and availability of the Chef team must be reconfirmed in writing by Cucina d'Elite S.r.l.
Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% at the midpoint of the engagement (month six), and the remaining 30% upon completion of the full twelve-month service period in Italy Rome.
All services shall be performed in compliance with Italian labor law, food safety regulations (HACCP), and the specific municipal ordinances governing culinary operations in the city of Rome, Lazio, Italy.
The Chef and support staff shall be available Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 CET, with Saturday availability available at an additional 150% surcharge. Sunday and public holiday services in Rome require a 200% surcharge and must be scheduled at least fourteen (14) days in advance.
Any changes to the scope of services, number of events, or service locations within Italy Rome must be communicated in writing and will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate prior to implementation.
Cucina d'Elite S.r.l. reserves the right to substitute the lead Chef in the event of illness or emergency, provided that the replacement meets or exceeds the original qualifications and experience level.
All ingredients procured for the Chef services shall be sourced from certified suppliers within the Lazio region and the broader Italian supply chain, ensuring traceability and adherence to EU food safety standards.
This Quotation Estimate does not include personal expenses of the client, wine and beverage pairings (unless specifically requested and itemized separately), or any services outside the defined geographical scope of Italy Rome and its metropolitan area.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Italian Republic and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined for the engagement of the Chef team and associated culinary services in Italy Rome. This signature converts the Quotation Estimate into a binding service agreement effective from the start date specified in the subsequent contract.
