The Chef engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be responsible for the complete culinary operations of the client's restaurant and catering division situated in the DHA Phase 6 area of Karachi, Pakistan. The Chef shall design, prepare, and oversee the execution of all menu items, ensuring adherence to Pakistani food safety standards, Sindh Food Authority guidelines, and the client's brand identity. The Chef shall source ingredients from local Karachi markets including the famous Karachi Fish Market and local vegetable bazaars to ensure freshness and cost efficiency. The Chef shall also be responsible for training junior kitchen staff, maintaining hygiene protocols, and presenting seasonal menus that reflect the rich culinary heritage of Sindh and the broader Pakistani cuisine while incorporating international influences.
1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised due to market fluctuations in Pakistan Karachi.
2. Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon commencement of service, and 30% upon successful completion of the first three months of engagement.
3. All payments shall be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via bank transfer to the account of Culinary Excellence Karachi (Pvt.) Ltd. at HBL Bank, Clifton Branch, Karachi.
4. The Chef's employment shall be governed by the Pakistan Labour Act 2020 and applicable Sindh provincial labour regulations. The client shall provide a safe working environment in compliance with Karachi municipal bylaws.
5. Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In case of early termination, a penalty of 15% of the remaining contract value shall apply.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of raw ingredients, gas, electricity, or major kitchen equipment beyond the initial setup listed in Item 8.
7. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1940 of Pakistan.
8. The Chef shall maintain professional conduct and shall not disclose proprietary recipes or client business information during or after the engagement period.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Chef services to be rendered in Pakistan Karachi. The terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein shall constitute a binding agreement between both parties upon execution.
