This Quotation Estimate is issued by Seoul Culinary Solutions Co., Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a professional Chef to be deployed at the Hanul Grand Hotel & Resort, located in the heart of South Korea Seoul. The purpose of this document is to outline all associated costs, service deliverables, timelines, and contractual terms governing the Chef assignment. This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, after which all pricing and availability terms are subject to revision.

2. Scope of Chef Services

The Chef engagement under this Quotation Estimate encompasses the following professional culinary services to be performed in South Korea Seoul:

Full-time executive Chef duties for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, including menu development, kitchen management, and staff supervision.
Design and implementation of a seasonal Korean-French fusion menu tailored to the South Korea Seoul dining market and international guest preferences.
Weekly procurement oversight of premium ingredients from local South Korea Seoul markets, including Gwangjang Market and Namdaemun wholesale districts.
Monthly culinary training sessions for the existing kitchen brigade at the Hanul Grand Hotel & Resort.
Participation in up to four (4) public food events, pop-up dinners, or media appearances within the South Korea Seoul metropolitan area per quarter.
Compliance with all food safety regulations mandated by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) of the Republic of Korea.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Korean Won (KRW) via bank transfer to the account of Seoul Culinary Solutions Co., Ltd. The payment schedule is as follows:

30% advance payment (KRW 45,103,800) due within ten (10) business days of contract execution to secure the Chef's availability and initiate visa processing.
Monthly installments of KRW 10,695,500 (inclusive of VAT) payable on the first business day of each month for the twelve-month engagement period.
Final settlement of any remaining balance, including event fees and equipment costs, due within fifteen (15) days of the Chef's final working day.

5. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding proposal until both parties execute a formal Service Agreement. All terms herein are subject to the final contract.
The Chef shall comply with all applicable labor laws, immigration regulations, and food safety standards of the Republic of Korea, specifically within the jurisdiction of South Korea Seoul.
Either party may terminate the engagement with sixty (60) days' written notice. Early termination by the client prior to month six shall incur a penalty of 50% of the remaining contract value.
Seoul Culinary Solutions Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for delays caused by government visa processing, force majeure events, or regulatory changes in South Korea Seoul.
All intellectual property, including menu designs and culinary techniques developed during the engagement, shall remain the property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent agreement shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) in Seoul.

Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes the Chef will be based in South Korea Seoul for the entire contract duration. Any temporary reassignment outside the Seoul metropolitan area (e.g., Busan, Jeju) will be quoted separately at an additional 15% surcharge. All prices are exclusive of any applicable local surtaxes or special event permits required by the Seoul Metropolitan Government. 6. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the Chef services to be rendered in South Korea Seoul.
