The following Quotation Estimate covers the full engagement of a certified Chef for the client's specified event or ongoing culinary requirement in Uganda Kampala. The Chef will be responsible for menu planning, ingredient sourcing from local Uganda Kampala markets, food preparation, plating, and on-site service coordination. All services will be delivered in compliance with Uganda's food safety and hygiene regulations as enforced by the Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS).

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates for the Chef engagement in Uganda Kampala are subject to revision based on market conditions, ingredient price fluctuations, and availability of qualified Chef personnel.
4.2 Payment Terms: A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount shall be paid upon acceptance of this document. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the completion of the Chef services in Uganda Kampala.
4.3 The Chef and support team shall arrive at the designated venue in Uganda Kampala no later than four (4) hours prior to the scheduled service commencement. The client is responsible for providing adequate workspace, electrical access, and water supply at the event location.
4.4 Any changes to the menu, guest count, or service scope after this Quotation Estimate has been accepted will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and additional charges at the Chef's standard hourly rate of UGX 600,000 per hour.
4.5 All Chef services shall be performed in strict adherence to Uganda's food safety legislation, Kampala City Council health regulations, and the Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) guidelines for commercial food preparation.
4.6 This Quotation Estimate does not include accommodation for the Chef team. Should the event require the Chef to be stationed at a venue outside central Uganda Kampala for more than one night, additional lodging costs will be quoted separately.
4.7 In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to severe weather, civil unrest, or government-mandated closures in Uganda Kampala), either party may cancel or reschedule the Chef engagement without penalty, provided written notice is given at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance.
Note: This Quotation Estimate is prepared exclusively for the named client and is non-transferable. All Chef services described herein are tailored to the specific requirements of the Uganda Kampala location and event parameters discussed during the initial consultation. Kampala Culinary Excellence Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the assigned Chef with an equally qualified professional should the primary Chef become unavailable, provided the client is notified in writing at least seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled service date.By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Chef services in Uganda Kampala. The signed document shall serve as a binding agreement between Kampala Culinary Excellence Ltd. and the client for the scope of work and pricing outlined herein.
