IMPORTANT NOTICE: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to revision upon expiry. This Quotation Estimate is issued exclusively for the project located in Bangladesh Dhaka and cannot be transferred to any other jurisdiction or site.

This Quotation Estimate is submitted in response to the Request for Proposal (RFP/MPIL/2025/0312) issued by Meghna Petrochemical Industries Ltd. for the engagement of a qualified Chemical Engineer to oversee process optimization, safety compliance, and technical consultancy for the new ethylene glycol production unit situated in the Savar Industrial Zone, Bangladesh Dhaka. The Chemical Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end technical supervision, process design review, hazard analysis, and regulatory compliance in accordance with the Bangladesh Department of Environment (DoE) guidelines and the Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution (BSTI) regulations.

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Delta Process Engineering Consultants Ltd. for the exclusive use of Meghna Petrochemical Industries Ltd. and pertains specifically to the Chemical Engineer engagement at the Savar Industrial Zone site in Bangladesh Dhaka.
All rates quoted are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable local taxes as per Bangladesh Dhaka municipal and national tax regulations.
The Chemical Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institution and possess valid professional registration with the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB).
Any scope change or additional work beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary estimate and mutual written agreement.
The Chemical Engineer shall comply with all safety regulations, environmental laws, and industrial standards enforced by the Bangladesh Department of Environment and the Bangladesh Dhaka City Corporation.
Intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement shall remain the property of the client, subject to a non-disclosure agreement signed prior to commencement.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Bangladesh, 2001.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and a definitive service agreement is executed.
