The Chemical Engineer shall operate in full compliance with the PRC's Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals and all applicable local ordinances of the Beijing Municipal Government. All deliverables will be submitted in both Simplified Chinese and English to satisfy regulatory filing requirements with the Beijing Municipal Commission of Science and Technology.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three installments to the bank account of Beijing Advanced Process Engineering Co., Ltd. (Bank of China, Haidian Branch, Account No. 1100 6888 0000 1234 567):

• 30% Advance Payment (CNY 88,192) – Due within 10 business days of mutual acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, prior to the Chemical Engineer's onboarding in China Beijing.
• 40% Milestone Payment (CNY 117,589) – Due upon delivery and client approval of the Process Safety Assessment Report and Reaction Kinetics Analysis package.
• 30% Final Payment (CNY 88,191) – Due within 15 business days of project closeout, final regulatory filing confirmation by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Science and Technology, and handover of all technical documentation.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Chemical Engineer engagement in China Beijing is subject to revision based on prevailing labor market rates and material costs.
2. The Chemical Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a valid PRC-recognized professional qualification (Registered Chemical Engineer or equivalent) and possess a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in petrochemical process engineering.
3. All work performed under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the PRC Labor Law, the Beijing Municipal Regulations on Foreign and Domestic Employment, and applicable occupational health and safety standards.
4. Intellectual property generated by the Chemical Engineer during the course of this engagement shall be jointly owned by both parties, with specific IP allocation to be defined in a separate Non-Disclosure and IP Agreement executed prior to commencement.
5. Any change in scope exceeding 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value shall require a written Change Order signed by both parties before additional work is performed.
6. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration at the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) in accordance with its rules of procedure. The governing law is the law of the People's Republic of China.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment has been received in full.
