This Quotation Estimate is issued by PT Nusantara Engineering Solutions to provide comprehensive professional services rendered by a qualified Chemical Engineer for the client's operations located in Indonesia Jakarta and its surrounding metropolitan industrial zones. The scope encompasses the following deliverables:
- Process Design & Optimization: The assigned Chemical Engineer shall conduct a full audit of the existing chemical processing units, develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), and recommend optimization strategies to improve throughput by a minimum of 12% while reducing energy consumption per unit of product.
- Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Compliance: The Chemical Engineer will perform a detailed hazard and operability (HAZOP) study, ensure full compliance with Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) regulations, and prepare the required environmental impact assessment (AMDAL) documentation as mandated for all chemical facilities operating in Indonesia Jakarta.
- Equipment Sizing & Selection: Detailed engineering calculations for reactors, heat exchangers, distillation columns, and storage vessels, including material selection suitable for the corrosive media handled in the Indonesia Jakarta plant.
- Commissioning & Startup Support: On-site supervision by the Chemical Engineer during the commissioning phase, including performance testing, troubleshooting, and handover documentation.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer: A minimum of 40 hours of structured training for the client's in-house engineering team, delivered at the Indonesia Jakarta facility, covering process control, safety protocols, and maintenance best practices.

- 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Service Agreement.
- 40% upon completion of the Process Audit, HAZOP Study, and Equipment Sizing deliverables.
- 30% upon successful commissioning, final report submission, and completion of the training program in Indonesia Jakarta.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to: Bank Mandiri, Account No. 137-00-0123456-7, a.n. PT Nusantara Engineering Solutions.
- Invoices are payable within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of invoice issuance.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, PT Nusantara Engineering Solutions reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations in Indonesia Jakarta.
- The Chemical Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, a valid Indonesian Professional Engineer (P.Eng) license, and full compliance with the Indonesian Chemical Engineering Association (IAKMI) code of conduct.
- All deliverables shall be submitted in both Bahasa Indonesia and English to satisfy regulatory requirements of the Indonesia Jakarta industrial authority.
- The client shall provide safe working conditions, necessary site access, and all relevant existing process documentation at the Indonesia Jakarta facility prior to the commencement of on-site activities.
- Any scope changes or additional services requested by the client beyond the original scope shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and written approval before execution.
- Confidentiality: All process data, proprietary formulations, and operational information shared during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Indonesian Law No. 14 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, scope, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Chemical Engineer services to be performed in Indonesia Jakarta.
