This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al Rayyan Engineering & Consultancy W.L.L. to provide comprehensive Chemical Engineer professional services for the client's petrochemical processing facility located in the Industrial Area of Qatar Doha. The scope encompasses process design review, safety compliance auditing, equipment performance optimization, and regulatory liaison with the Qatar Ministry of Commerce and Industry and the Qatar Environment and Energy Research Institute (QEERI).
The assigned Chemical Engineer will hold a minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in hydrocarbon processing, polymer production, and wastewater treatment systems. The engineer will be fully licensed to practice in the State of Qatar and will comply with all local labor regulations, Qatarization requirements, and occupational health and safety standards as mandated by the Qatar Labour Law (Law No. 14 of 2004, as amended).

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability of the designated Chemical Engineer are subject to reconfirmation.
- Payment terms: 30% advance mobilization payment upon contract signature; 40% upon completion of the mid-project milestone (Day 90); 30% upon final handover and acceptance in Qatar Doha. All invoices are payable within twenty-one (21) days of receipt.
- The Chemical Engineer shall adhere to all applicable Qatar Doha municipal regulations, Qatar Standards (Qatar Standards and Metrology Organization – QSMO), and international standards including ASME, API, and IEC as relevant to the project scope.
- Any force majeure event, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions in Qatar Doha, government-mandated shutdowns, or pandemics, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
- Confidentiality: All process data, proprietary formulations, and operational parameters shared during the engagement in Qatar Doha shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the client.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the rules of the Qatar International Arbitration Centre (QIAC).
- The Chemical Engineer is engaged as an independent consultant and not as an employee of the client. All social insurance, end-of-service benefits, and labor obligations remain the responsibility of Al Rayyan Engineering & Consultancy W.L.L.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Chemical Engineer services in Qatar Doha and authorizes Al Rayyan Engineering & Consultancy W.L.L. to proceed with the mobilization of the engineering team upon execution of the formal service agreement.
