The following terms govern this Quotation Estimate for Chemical Engineer services rendered in Singapore Singapore:
3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Chemical Engineer service rates and total Quotation Estimate amount are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Singapore Singapore.
3.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. A mobilisation payment of 30% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon execution of the service agreement. The remaining balance shall be invoiced in monthly progress instalments aligned with the Chemical Engineer deliverable milestones.
3.3 Professional Registration: The Chemical Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate is a Chartered Engineer registered with the Singapore Council of Engineers. All deliverables shall comply with the Engineering Practice Act of Singapore Singapore and applicable codes of practice.
3.4 Intellectual Property: All process designs, calculations, and documentation produced by the Chemical Engineer under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment of the Quotation Estimate amount.
3.5 Limitation of Liability: The total liability of Meridian Process Solutions Pte. Ltd. under this Quotation Estimate shall not exceed the total Quotation Estimate amount stated herein. The Chemical Engineer services are provided with reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards in Singapore Singapore.
3.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by the laws of Singapore Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
