The Chemical Engineer assigned to this project will hold a minimum of fifteen (15) years of practical experience in petrochemical and polymer processing, with demonstrated expertise in operating within the regulatory framework of Sudan Khartoum. All deliverables will be prepared in accordance with the Sudanese Standards and Metrology Organization (SSMO) guidelines and international best practices as adopted by the local authority in Sudan Khartoum.

This Quotation Estimate shall be settled in three (3) installments as follows:

• 30% Advance Payment (USD 30,868.88) upon signing of the service agreement and receipt of this Quotation Estimate by the client in Sudan Khartoum.
• 40% Progress Payment (USD 41,158.50) upon completion and approval of the process design package, P&ID drawings, and HAZOP report.
• 30% Final Payment (USD 30,868.88) upon delivery of the final Chemical Engineer report, training completion, and formal acceptance by the Sudan National Petrochemical Authority in Sudan Khartoum.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for extension must be submitted in writing to Nile Chemical Engineering Consultants Ltd. in Sudan Khartoum.
• All rates quoted in this Quotation Estimate are in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of the Chemical Engineer's professional fees, local transport within Sudan Khartoum, and standard working hours (08:00–17:00, Sunday–Thursday).
• Overtime work or additional scope beyond the defined deliverables will be billed at 1.5× the standard Chemical Engineer daily rate and requires prior written approval from the client.
• The Chemical Engineer shall comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable in Sudan Khartoum, including those issued by the Ministry of Industry and the Sudanese Environmental and Natural Resources Protection Authority.
• Intellectual property and all technical documentation produced under this Quotation Estimate shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, natural disasters, or government-mandated shutdowns in Sudan Khartoum, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Khartoum, Sudan, in accordance with the Sudanese Arbitration Law.
