Thank you for the opportunity to submit this Quotation Estimate for professional Chemical Engineer consulting services to be performed at your facility located in United States Los Angeles. Pacific Coast Engineering Solutions, Inc. is pleased to provide the following detailed scope of work, pricing breakdown, and terms governing this engagement. This Quotation Estimate has been prepared in accordance with the California Contractors State License Board regulations and all applicable federal and local engineering standards.

Scope of Work – Chemical Engineer Services

The following Chemical Engineer services are proposed for execution at the client's manufacturing and processing facility in the United States Los Angeles metropolitan area. All work will be performed by a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) specializing in chemical process design, safety analysis, and environmental compliance.

Terms and Conditions
  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, pricing and availability of the assigned Chemical Engineer are subject to reconfirmation.
  2. All services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed in the United States Los Angeles area. Any work required outside the City of Los Angeles or Los Angeles County boundaries will be billed at an additional travel surcharge of $1.50 per mile.
  3. Payment terms: 40% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% due upon completion of the design and reporting phase (Items 1–6); 20% due upon successful commissioning and final acceptance (Item 7).
  4. All invoices are due net thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by California law, whichever is lower.
  5. The Chemical Engineer services provided under this Quotation Estimate are subject to the professional engineering standards of the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists. All deliverables will be sealed and stamped by a licensed P.E. in the State of California.
  6. Client shall provide reasonable access to the facility, existing documentation, and personnel necessary for the Chemical Engineer to perform the scope of work. Delays caused by client unavailability will be billed at the applicable hourly rate.
  7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a fixed-price contract. Final costs may vary by up to 10% based on unforeseen site conditions, scope changes, or regulatory requirements identified during the engagement.
  8. Confidentiality: All proprietary information, process data, and trade secrets disclosed by the client to the Chemical Engineer shall be held in strict confidence and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
  9. Liability: Pacific Coast Engineering Solutions, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the performance of the Chemical Engineer services described herein. Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid under this Quotation Estimate.
  10. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, with venue in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, United States.
Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Pacific Coast Engineering Solutions, Inc. to proceed with the Chemical Engineer services as described herein. This signature constitutes a binding agreement to the terms and conditions stated above.
