- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices listed herein are subject to revision based on current Myanmar market conditions and exchange rate fluctuations.
- All Chemist services described in this document shall be performed by licensed and registered pharmacists and chemical engineers holding valid credentials issued by the Myanmar Pharmacy Council and the Myanmar Chemical Engineers Association.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon mid-contract milestone delivery, and 20% upon final completion and acceptance. All payments shall be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) via bank transfer to the account specified by Yangon Chemist & Pharmaceutical Solutions Co., Ltd.
- Delivery of all pharmaceutical products and chemical reagents shall be made to the client's designated facility in Myanmar Yangon within five (5) business days of confirmed purchase order. Cold-chain items will be transported in temperature-controlled vehicles compliant with Myanmar Ministry of Health standards.
- The Chemist services provided under this Quotation Estimate are subject to the prevailing laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, including the Pharmaceutical Law (2019), the Chemical Control Law, and all applicable regulations of the Myanmar Food and Drug Authority (MFDA).
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional Chemist consultations, or modifications to the product list must be agreed upon in writing by both parties before execution. Such modifications will be documented as a supplementary amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
- Warranty: All pharmaceutical products supplied shall carry a minimum shelf life of eighteen (18) months from the date of delivery. Any product found to be below standard upon receipt shall be replaced at no additional cost within seven (7) days.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary formulations, patient data, and business information exchanged during the course of this Chemist engagement in Myanmar Yangon.
- Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Myanmar Arbitration Law in Yangon, Myanmar.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
