This Quotation Estimate is issued by Guangzhou Structural & Civil Engineering Consultants Ltd. to provide comprehensive Civil Engineer services for the design review, structural assessment, and construction supervision of the Pearl River Commercial Tower, a 28-storey mixed-use building located in the Tianhe District of China Guangzhou. The Civil Engineer team engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be responsible for ensuring full compliance with the National Standard of the People's Republic of China (GB 50010-2010 for concrete structures, GB 50011-2010 for seismic design, and GB 50009-2012 for wind and snow loads applicable in the Guangzhou region).
The scope of Civil Engineer work covered by this Quotation Estimate includes, but is not limited to: preliminary structural feasibility analysis; detailed structural design verification of the reinforced concrete frame-core system; geotechnical investigation review of the alluvial soil conditions typical of the Pearl River Delta in Guangzhou; foundation design assessment (bored pile foundation, approximately 420 piles at 1.2 m diameter); seismic performance evaluation per the 0.10 g design basic acceleration zone applicable to China Guangzhou; construction-stage structural monitoring and inspection; and final as-built documentation and handover certification.
All Civil Engineer deliverables shall be produced in accordance with the latest edition of the Chinese National Standards (GB) and the local Guangzhou Municipal Construction Engineering Quality Supervision requirements. The Civil Engineer shall coordinate with the architectural, mechanical, and electrical design teams to ensure integrated structural solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of pricing.
- All Civil Engineer services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Construction Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Quality Management of Construction Projects, and the applicable local ordinances of Guangzhou Municipality.
- The Civil Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of CNY 10,000,000 per occurrence throughout the project duration.
- Any variation in scope exceeding 10% of the total Quotation Estimate value shall be subject to a supplementary written agreement signed by both parties.
- Payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the date of invoice issuance. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 0.05% per day as stipulated under PRC contract law.
- All intellectual property rights in the structural design documents, calculation reports, and monitoring data produced by the Civil Engineer shall vest in the Client upon full payment.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Guangzhou Sub-Commission.
- The Civil Engineer reserves the right to suspend services if payment is overdue by more than fifteen (15) days, subject to seven (7) days' written notice.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Civil Engineer services in China Guangzhou. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding agreement between the parties for the scope of work described herein.
