This Quotation Estimate is issued by the undersigned Civil Engineer, duly registered with the Ordine degli Ingegneri della Provincia di Roma, to provide comprehensive structural engineering consultancy for the renovation and reinforcement of a historic masonry building located in the Trastevere district of Rome, Italy. All services described herein comply with the Italian Building Code (D.M. 17/01/2008 and its updates), the Lazio Regional Urban Planning Regulations, and the specific heritage preservation directives issued by the Soprintendenza per i Beni Architettonici e Paesaggistici di Roma. The Civil Engineer shall act as the designated Coordinatore per la Sicurezza (Safety Coordinator) in accordance with D.Lgs. 81/2008.

This Quotation Estimate shall be settled in three instalments: 30% upon signing of the professional services contract; 50% upon issuance of the building permit by the Comune di Roma Capitale; and 20% upon delivery of the final Relazione di Fine Lavori and structural certification. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Civil Engineer's designated Italian bank account. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Bank of Italy for overdue professional service invoices.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Civil Engineer reserves the right to revise fees due to changes in material costs, regulatory updates in Rome, or market conditions in the Italian construction sector.
All Civil Engineer services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed in strict compliance with the Italian Building Code, the Lazio Regional Statute, and the specific urban planning and heritage preservation regulations of the Comune di Roma Capitale.
The Civil Engineer shall maintain full professional liability insurance throughout the project duration and the statutory 10-year structural warranty period as required by Article 1669 of the Italian Civil Code.
Any variation in the scope of work beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written agreement signed by both parties before additional work commences on the Rome project site.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by the Civil Engineer. Upon acceptance, it shall form part of the professional services contract governed by Italian law, with jurisdiction of the Tribunale di Roma.
All technical documentation, drawings, and reports produced by the Civil Engineer under this Quotation Estimate shall remain the intellectual property of the professional and may be used exclusively for the project located in Rome, Italy, as specified herein.
The Civil Engineer shall comply with all data protection obligations under the Italian Privacy Code (D.Lgs. 196/2003) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the handling of any personal data encountered during the project in Rome.
