This Quotation Estimate is issued by a licensed Civil Engineer to provide comprehensive structural and geotechnical consultancy services for the aforementioned residential development project located in the district of Miraflores, Peru Lima. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for the full technical oversight of structural design, soil analysis, foundation engineering, and regulatory compliance in accordance with the Norma Técnica de Edificaciones (NTE) E.030, E.050, and E.060 as established by the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MINVU) of Peru.

The Civil Engineer services outlined in this Quotation Estimate encompass the following deliverables:

Geotechnical Investigation & Soil Report: Detailed subsurface analysis for the Peru Lima site, including borehole logging, Standard Penetration Tests (SPT), and laboratory soil classification per ASTM standards.
Structural Design (Reinforced Concrete & Steel): Complete structural calculations for 12-story residential towers, including load analysis, seismic design per NTE E.030 (Peru Lima seismic zone 4), and member sizing.
Foundation Engineering: Design of deep foundations (bored piles) and shallow foundations appropriate for the alluvial soil conditions typical of the Peru Lima coastal plain.
Construction Supervision & Quality Control: On-site Civil Engineer supervision during all construction phases, including concrete pour inspections, rebar placement verification, and material testing coordination.
Regulatory Submittals & Permits: Preparation and submission of all structural documentation to the Municipalidad Metropolitana de Lima for building permit (Licencia de Edificación) approval.
As-Built Documentation: Final structural as-built drawings and technical reports upon project completion.

The total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be paid according to the following schedule, subject to the Civil Engineer's monthly progress reports and milestone certifications:

Advance Payment (20%): S/ 75,590.80 – Due upon contract signing and receipt of formal invoice.
Monthly Progress Payments (60%): S/ 226,772.40 – Distributed over 14 months based on certified work progress.
Final Payment (20%): S/ 75,590.80 – Due upon delivery of as-built documentation and final acceptance by the client.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Civil Engineer's designated account in Peru Lima. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Superintendencia de Banca, Seguros y AFP (SBS) of Peru.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Civil Engineer reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations in Peru Lima.
The Civil Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance (Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil) with a minimum coverage of S/ 500,000 throughout the project duration.
All structural designs shall comply with the current Peruvian building codes (Normas Técnicas de Edificación) and the specific seismic requirements for Peru Lima (Zone 4, acceleration factor A = 0.40g).
The Civil Engineer shall provide a minimum of two (2) on-site visits per week during active construction phases in Peru Lima.
Any scope changes or additional services beyond those listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
Confidentiality: All project data, soil reports, and structural drawings provided by the Civil Engineer are proprietary and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Peru Lima, in accordance with the Peruvian Arbitration Law (Ley N° 26572).

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, scope, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Civil Engineer services in Peru Lima.
