Scope of Work – Civil Engineer ServicesThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Civil Engineering Pte. Ltd. in its capacity as a licensed Civil Engineer firm operating within Singapore Singapore. The scope of work encompasses a comprehensive structural assessment, geotechnical investigation review, load-bearing capacity analysis, and detailed retrofit engineering design for the aforementioned residential condominium. All services shall be performed in strict accordance with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) guidelines, the Singapore Standards (SS) codes, and the relevant provisions of the Building Control Act as applicable in Singapore Singapore. The Civil Engineer team assigned to this project will include a Principal Civil Engineer (Chartered), two Senior Civil Engineer consultants, and a dedicated project coordinator to ensure seamless communication with the client and all relevant statutory authorities in Singapore Singapore.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Civil Engineer firm reserves the right to revise rates due to market fluctuations, material cost changes, or regulatory updates in Singapore Singapore.
2. Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the structural design and drawing package, and 30% upon final handover and certification. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice issuance.
3. The Civil Engineer services described herein are subject to the availability of site access, timely provision of existing as-built drawings by the client, and approval from the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore Singapore. Delays attributable to third parties or statutory bodies shall extend the project timeline accordingly without additional cost to the client.
4. Any variation in scope beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional Quotation Estimate issued by the Civil Engineer firm prior to commencement of the additional work.
5. All professional services shall be carried out by qualified and registered Civil Engineer personnel holding valid CPE (Council of Professional Engineers) registration in Singapore Singapore. The Principal Civil Engineer assigned shall hold a minimum of fifteen (15) years of post-qualification experience in structural and civil engineering.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of construction works, third-party laboratory testing beyond NDT, or any statutory fees levied by government agencies in Singapore Singapore. Such costs shall be borne by the client and are to be paid directly to the respective authorities.
7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Singapore Singapore in accordance with the rules of the Singapore Mediation Centre. If mediation fails, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
8. The Civil Engineer firm shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of SGD 2,000,000 per occurrence throughout the duration of the project. A certificate of insurance shall be provided to the client upon request.
