This Quotation Estimate is issued by Thamesbridge Civil Engineering Ltd. in response to the formal request for professional Civil Engineer services submitted by Whitfield Property Developments Ltd. As the appointed Civil Engineer for this project in United Kingdom London, Thamesbridge Civil Engineering Ltd. shall deliver the following professional services in full compliance with the Building Regulations 2010 (as amended), the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, and all applicable London Borough of Camden planning conditions:

Geotechnical Investigation and Ground Assessment: Supervision of borehole drilling, trial pits, and in-situ testing across the 1.2-hectare site boundary. Preparation of a comprehensive Ground Investigation Report in accordance with BS 5930:2015, addressing the specific London Clay and alluvial deposits characteristic of the Regent's Canal corridor.
Structural Design and Calculations: Full structural design of the proposed 14-storey residential tower, associated podium, and underground car park (two levels). All calculations shall be prepared in accordance with Eurocode standards (EN 1991 through EN 1998) as adopted in the United Kingdom, with particular attention to the seismic and wind loading parameters applicable to central London.
Foundation Engineering: Design of piled foundations (bored piles, 600mm diameter, 18m depth) to transfer structural loads through the compressible London Clay strata to competent London Clay at depth. Includes pile load testing programme and interpretation.
Drainage and Flood Risk Management: Design of surface water and foul water drainage systems, attenuation storage, and sustainable urban drainage (SuDS) measures in compliance with the Environment Agency's Flood Risk Assessment requirements for the Regent's Canal flood zone. All works shall meet the London Borough of Camden's adopted SuDS Strategy.
Earthworks and Site Preparation: Design of temporary and permanent retaining structures, dewatering systems, and ground improvement measures. Preparation of a Method Statement and Risk Assessment for all excavation activities within the designated conservation area.
Infrastructure and Utilities Coordination: Design of internal and external services including water supply, gas, electricity, telecommunications, and district heating connections. Coordination with Thames Water, National Grid, and Openreach for connection agreements within the United Kingdom London utility network.
Construction Phase Support: Provision of a dedicated Civil Engineer site representative for a minimum of 18 months during the construction period. This includes weekly site inspections, review of contractor submittals, attendance at progress meetings, and issuance of design clarifications and variations as required.
As-Built Documentation and Handover: Compilation of complete as-built drawings, structural certificates, and compliance documentation for submission to the London Building Control body and the client's facilities management team.

The following Quotation Estimate provides a transparent itemised schedule of professional fees. All amounts are stated in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 20%.

The Civil Engineer services outlined in this Quotation Estimate are scheduled over an estimated total period of 26 months from the date of contract execution. The design phase (Items 01–06) is anticipated to be completed within the first 10 months, with the construction phase support (Item 07) commencing upon the contractor's site possession. All deliverables shall be submitted to the client and the relevant United Kingdom London planning and building control authorities within the timelines specified in the attached Project Programme (Appendix A).

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and fees are subject to revision without prior notice.
All professional services shall be carried out by qualified and chartered Civil Engineer personnel registered with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and the Engineering Council (EngC) in the United Kingdom.
Payment shall be made in monthly instalments in arrears, invoiced on the last working day of each calendar month. A 50% mobilisation fee shall be payable within 14 days of contract execution.
Any variation in scope beyond 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value shall be subject to a supplementary agreement and revised fee schedule.
Thamesbridge Civil Engineering Ltd. shall maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance of no less than £10,000,000 per claim, with a run-back period of 6 years, as is standard practice for Civil Engineer consultancy in United Kingdom London.
All intellectual property, drawings, and design documents produced under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment of the fees set out in this Quotation Estimate.
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in London in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
The client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate is based on the information available at the time of preparation. Should unforeseen ground conditions or regulatory changes in United Kingdom London necessitate additional Civil Engineer services, a fair and reasonable adjustment to the fees shall be applied.

By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and authorises Thamesbridge Civil Engineering Ltd. to proceed with the Civil Engineer services described herein for the Regent's Park Riverside Development project in United Kingdom London. This signature constitutes a binding agreement between both parties subject to the terms and conditions set out in Section 5.
