This Quotation Estimate is issued by TechNova Engenharia de Sistemas Ltda. to provide the services of a qualified Computer Engineer to be deployed and operated within the city of Brazil Brasília, the Federal District capital. The Computer Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the client's enterprise-level information technology infrastructure, including server architecture, network security protocols, database management systems, and software integration solutions. All professional activities will be conducted in compliance with the regulatory standards established by the Conselho Federal de Engenharia e Agronomia (CONFEA) and the regional council CREA-DF, ensuring full legal recognition of the Computer Engineer's professional practice in Brazil Brasília.
The Computer Engineer assigned to this engagement holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering (Engenharia da Computação) from a recognized institution in Brazil, possesses a valid professional registration (CREA-DF), and has a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in enterprise IT environments. The professional will operate on-site at the client's headquarters in Brasília, Distrito Federal, Brazil, with a standard working schedule of forty (40) hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 local time.

This Quotation Estimate shall be settled in twelve (12) equal monthly installments of R$ 39,309.38, payable via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account of TechNova Engenharia de Sistemas Ltda. at Banco do Brasil, Ag. 1234-5, Conta Corrente 67890-1, within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of invoice issuance. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1% per month plus a 2% penalty, in accordance with Brazilian commercial law (Código Civil, Art. 412).
5.1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices and availability of the Computer Engineer must be reconfirmed in writing.
5.2. The Computer Engineer shall comply with all applicable labor laws of Brazil, including the Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho (CLT), and all data protection regulations under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018), particularly when handling sensitive information within the Brasília municipal and federal government infrastructure.
5.3. The Computer Engineer is bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary systems, network topologies, and operational data encountered during the engagement in Brazil Brasília.
5.4. Any scope modification beyond the services described herein shall require a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties, before additional work commences.
5.5. The Computer Engineer shall submit a monthly technical report to the client's IT Director, detailing completed tasks, system performance metrics, and recommended improvements for the Brasília infrastructure.
5.6. Termination of this Quotation Estimate by either party requires a written notice of sixty (60) days. Upon termination, the Computer Engineer shall deliver all documentation, source code, and access credentials to the client.
5.7. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Brasília, Distrito Federal.
