This Quotation Estimate is issued by TechNova Engineering Solutions Pvt. The Computer Engineer to be deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall possess a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in systems architecture, network engineering, and enterprise IT infrastructure. The engineer will be based at the client's premises in Andheri East, India Mumbai, and will report directly to the Chief Information Officer of Kulkarni Industries Ltd. The scope of work includes but is not limited to:
- Design and deployment of a scalable server infrastructure supporting 500+ concurrent users.
- Configuration and management of enterprise-grade networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Implementation of a redundant data backup and disaster recovery solution compliant with Indian IT Act 2000 regulations.
- Monthly performance audits, security patching, and vulnerability assessments of all computing assets.
- Coordination with third-party vendors for hardware procurement within the India Mumbai industrial corridor.

As per the terms outlined in this Quotation Estimate, the client shall make payments to TechNova Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. via NEFT/RTGS to the designated bank account in Mumbai, India. The payment schedule is structured as follows:
- Advance Payment (30%): ₹11,83,068 – payable within 7 working days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- Milestone Payment (40%): ₹15,77,424 – payable upon completion of server installation, network configuration, and disaster recovery setup.
- Final Payment (30%): ₹11,83,068 – payable upon successful completion of the 12-month engagement and submission of the final technical report.
All invoices shall be raised in Indian Rupees (INR) and shall carry the applicable GST invoice number as mandated by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC), Government of India.
5.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions in the India Mumbai technology services sector.
5.2 Confidentiality: The Computer Engineer engaged under this contract shall be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary data, system architectures, and business information of Kulkarni Industries Ltd.
5.3 Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% penalty on the remaining contract value.
5.4 Liability: TechNova Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the services provided by the Computer Engineer. Total liability under this Quotation Estimate shall not exceed the grand total amount specified herein.
5.5 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and the resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
5.6 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government policy changes, or pandemics affecting operations in India Mumbai.
Note: This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of hardware procurement (servers, networking equipment, storage devices). A separate hardware estimate will be provided upon the client's written request.
