This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Tech Solutions Ltd. to provide a comprehensive, itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Computer Engineer to deliver specialized technical services within the Israel Tel Aviv metropolitan area. All pricing in this Quotation Estimate is presented in Israeli New Shekels (ILS) and is subject to the terms and conditions stated in Section 7 below.
The Computer Engineer assigned to this project will operate primarily from the client's premises in Israel Tel Aviv (Rothschild Boulevard district) and will report directly to the client's Chief Technology Officer. The Computer Engineer's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Design and implementation of scalable server infrastructure and data-center solutions.
- Development and optimization of embedded firmware for industrial IoT devices.
- Network security architecture, penetration testing, and compliance with Israeli Cyber Security Authority (CSA) regulations.
- Technical due diligence and code review for legacy systems migration.
- On-site troubleshooting, hardware diagnostics, and performance benchmarking.
- Preparation of technical documentation, system diagrams, and operational runbooks.

The engagement of the Computer Engineer is estimated to span a period of twelve (12) weeks, commencing on the date of contract execution. The project will be delivered in three phases: (Phase 1) Assessment & Architecture – Weeks 1–4; (Phase 2) Implementation & Development – Weeks 5–9; (Phase 3) Testing, Documentation & Handover – Weeks 10–12. All on-site work will be conducted in Israel Tel Aviv during standard business hours (08:00–17:00, Sunday–Thursday), in accordance with local labor regulations.
- 30% advance payment (ILS 296,606.10) upon signing of the service agreement.
- 40% milestone payment (ILS 395,474.80) upon completion of Phase 2 and client sign-off.
- 30% final payment (ILS 296,606.10) upon successful completion of Phase 3 and delivery of all documentation.
All payments are to be made via bank transfer to Meridian Tech Solutions Ltd., Bank Leumi, Branch Tel Aviv, Account No. [XXXX-XXXX-XXXX]. Invoices will be issued in ILS and are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.
This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client will provide a dedicated, air-conditioned workspace with internet connectivity at the Tel Aviv site. Costs for international travel, accommodation outside the Tel Aviv metropolitan area, and any hardware not listed in Line Item 4 are excluded. Should the scope of the Computer Engineer's duties expand beyond what is described in Section 2, a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued prior to any additional work commencing.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates are subject to revision.
- Meridian Tech Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the assigned Computer Engineer with a professional of equivalent or superior qualifications, provided prior written notice is given to the client.
- All intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, methodologies, and frameworks remain the property of Meridian Tech Solutions Ltd.
- The Computer Engineer shall comply with all applicable Israeli laws, including the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Cyber Security Law, 5779-2019.
- Liability under this Quotation Estimate is capped at the total contract value. Neither party shall be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved by arbitration in Tel Aviv, Israel, in accordance with the rules of the Tel Aviv Arbitration Center.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement.
